★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 mal versucht einen Termin für eine Schadensbegutachtung zu bekommen, 3 mal von der Vermittlung zugesichert bekommen, dass die Anfrage an die zuständige Person weitergeleitet wird (Direktverbindung war nicht möglich), 3 mal keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Sehr schlechter Service! Habe ein anderes Autohaus aufgesucht, ich konnte ohne Termin vorbeikommen, Sache wurde sofort aufgenommen und war 3 Tage später erledigt.
 Tried 3 times to get an appointment for a damage assessment, 3 times the operator assured me that the request would be forwarded to the person responsible (direct connection was not possible), 3 times I received no response. Very bad service! I went to another car dealership, I was able to come by without an appointment, the matter was taken care of immediately and was taken care of 3 days later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute Auswahl an Fahrzeugen, kompetente Beratung. Leider war sehr viel los und der Verkäufer griff häufig zum Telefon was natürlich die Qualität und Ernsthaftigkeit des Verkaufsgesprächs mindert. War mitunter der Grund dass ich mich woanders für einen gebrauchten entschieden habe.
Good selection of vehicles, competent advice. Unfortunately, it was very busy and the seller picked up the phone frequently, which of course reduces the quality and seriousness of the sales pitch. Sometimes that was the reason I decided to buy a used one somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Denzel should be ashamed of the company, I bought a car in September 2018 (although used car) in which I was told there's a year guarantee, now to take the Car for control I don't travel outside Graz, I was told the back brakepard is faulty of what use is their trust. I hatte Denzel company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried numerous times to try and import my Mitsubishi into Austria from UK. The person I was dealing with had no idea what was going on despite all my efforts, quoted me an extremely high cost (excess of 5000 Euros). After my 5th/6th visit I gave up as they clearly didn't want my business. Went to a local garage to make the necessary changes to my head lights and rear fog light for Austria for 250Euro. Paid the landesprüfstelle 130Euro for the paperwork and it was complete.
Denzel were a complete waste of time, if you own a Mitsubishi I would recommend getting it imported via another method

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very polite, very quick service when scheduled, but even without an appointment they will try to fit you in during the breaks and help you as soon as possible. They are also very rational, so if you have to take a temporary car (from them) during the service of your own, if they aren‘t able to finish until the deadline, they will cover the „additional“ cost of your „rental“.
As a car saloon, they have a wide selection of different cars, and as a BMW owner & fan I can only recommend them!
