p	pupan3 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr enttäuscht vom „Premium“ Servicepersonal! Info Pult dient nur zum Begrüßen und wenn möglich den Kunden schön anlächeln sonst nichts. Mann wird hin und her geschoben weil keiner die Ahnung hat wer für was zuständig ist oder den Kunden helfen könnte. Die einzigen netten und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter dort waren Kollegen vom Ersatzteillager. Premium Herstellergarantie ist somit sinnlos abzuschließen weil diese nicht eingehalten wird. Service wird zwar durchgeführt aber aufpassen Schrauben werden meistens nicht angezogen daher kann das Plastikteil vom Innenraumfilter sehr schnell auf den Füßen landen und man muss diese dann selber nachziehen. Ist für mich kein Problem aber wofür dann zum BMW Servicepartner gehen wenn das auch ein ganz normaler Mechaniker bei jedem Service machen kann. Very disappointed with the "premium" service staff! Info desk is only used to greet and if possible smile at the customer, nothing else. Man is pushed back and forth because no one has the idea who is responsible for what or could help the customer. The only nice and helpful employees there were colleagues from the spare parts warehouse. Premium manufacturer's guarantee is therefore pointless because it is not adhered to. Service is carried out, but be careful, screws are usually not tightened, so the plastic part of the cabin filter can land on your feet very quickly and you have to tighten them yourself. It's not a problem for me, but why go to the BMW service partner when a normal mechanic can do it for every service.
