J	Jim Razi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir müssen die BMD Software für Leistung- und Zeiterfassung verwenden. Die SW ist eine Zumutung. Die Oberflächen stammen noch aus den 90er Jahren. Die Menü-Führung ist inkonsistent, unübersichtlich und durch eine katastrophale Rollen- und Berechtigungssystem uneinheitlich. Ich gebe diese SW nur einen Stern und das auch deswegen, weil Null Sterne nicht möglich sind. We need to use the BMD software for performance and time tracking. The SW is an impertinence. The surfaces are from the 90s. The menu guidance is inconsistent, confusing and inconsistent due to a catastrophic roles and permissions system. I give this SW only one star and that too because zero stars are not possible.
t	transcendent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ die software an sich etwas langsam,überladen und altmodisch, jedes upgrade dauert 8h mit 5-10gb dvd oder download, der support ist meistens sehr gut,kompetente mitarbeiter ! leider dauert es bis man den erreicht,oder einen rückruf erhält.aber danach wird das Problem auch gelöst. the software itself a bit slow, overloaded and old-fashioned, each upgrade takes 8h with 5-10gb dvd or download, the support is usually very good, competent staff! unfortunately it takes time to get there or get a call back, but after that the problem will be solved.

Bei der Hotline kann man sich auf lange Wartezeiten gefasst machen und meist wird man von einer Person zur nächsten weiterverbunden, ohne dass einem geholfen wird. Auf Anfragen per E-Mail erhält man oft lange keine Antwort. Wir verwenden BMD nur mangels Alternativen. Working with BMD is extremely frustrating and does not work in a timely manner. With the hotline you can be prepared for long waiting times and you are usually connected from one person to the next without being helped. There is often no response to inquiries by email. We only use BMD in the absence of alternatives.

Ist ja auch nur bis 17 Uhr besetzt! PS: Leider muss man mindestens 1 Stern anklicken! Waited on hold for over half an hour and until 5:00 p.m. I was still not put on the hotline for wages !!! Is only occupied until 5 p.m.! PS: Unfortunately you have to click at least 1 star!
K	Karel Krobath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Support ist meiner Meinung nach extrem schlecht, Prädikat "völlig unbrauchbar". 1 Stunde hat es mit einem BMD Techniker an Telefon gedauert, dass der SQL Native Client für SQL Server 2017 als Lösung für ein NTCS Problem gefunden wird. Dann muss noch der Kunde die Technikerzeit zahlen, weil es solange dauert. The support is extremely bad in my opinion, rating "completely useless". It took 1 hour on the phone with a BMD technician to find the SQL Native Client for SQL Server 2017 as a solution to an NTCS problem. Then the customer has to pay the technician time because it takes so long.
