Unter anderem wurde uns ein Rollrasen empfohlen, da dieser wensentlich weniger anfällig für Unkraut sein soll. Die Gestaltung des Gartens selbst ist gut durchdacht und ergibt ein neues schönes Gesamtbild. Jedoch hat die Ausführung der Arbeiten 1 1/2 mal länger gedauert als ursprünglich geplant. Der Rollrasen selbst ist jetzt im Juli 2018 schon sehr mit Unkraut befallen und das trotz Anwendung eines Rasenroboters und manuellem auszupfen. Sehr mangelhaft ist die Zuverlässigkeit der Firma Horvath. Die Geschäftsführung selbst hat sich auf Reklamationen gar nicht gemeldet und auch die zuständige Gartenplanerin hebt nicht mehr bei Anrufversuchen ab. Fazit: gute Ideen, schön durchdachte ausgewählte Pflanzen jedoch braucht man viel Zeit und Geduld, kein positiver Umgang mit Reklamationen oder auf Fragen - Geschäft gemacht = 0 Service im nachhinein ... keine klare Empfehlung unsererseits In April 2018, we had our garden designed by the Horvath company. Among other things, a turf was recommended to us, as this should be significantly less susceptible to weeds. The design of the garden itself is well thought out and gives a new, beautiful overall picture. However, the execution of the work took 1 1/2 times longer than originally planned. The turf itself is now very infested with weeds in July 2018, despite the use of a robot lawn mower and manual plucking. The reliability of the Horvath company is very poor. The management itself did not respond to complaints and the responsible garden planner no longer answers when trying to call. Conclusion: good ideas, well thought-out selected plants, but you need a lot of time and patience, no positive handling of complaints or questions - business done = 0 service afterwards ... no clear recommendation on our part
