A	Annie Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einzige Verkäuferin im Laden (Lehrling?) sehr unmotiviert, hat sich im eck versteckt und ich musste ihr die Antworten auf meine Fragen richtig aus der Nase ziehen . Wenn jemand nicht einmal die basics im Umgang mit Kunden drauf hat (grüßen wäre ein guter Anfang ) sollte man nicht im Verkauf arbeiten. Aber vielleicht ist die Auswahl an Bewerbern wirklich so schlecht? Ich war schockiert und werde dort nicht mehr hin gehen. Noch erschwerend hinzu kommen zwei Stufen die mit Kinderwagen schwer zu bewältigen sind (Hilfe hab ich von der Verkäuferin natürlich auch keine bekommen) Only saleswoman in the shop (apprentice?) Very unmotivated, has hidden in the corner and I had to pull her the answers to my questions right out of the nose. If someone does not even have the basics in dealing with customers (greetings would be a good start) you should not work in sales. But maybe the selection of applicants is really that bad? I was shocked and will not go there anymore. Even more aggravating are two steps that are difficult to handle with prams (of course I did not get help from the saleswoman)

Man bot mir nur die fertig abgepackten Exemplare an. Als ich nachfragte, ob ich etwas Spezielleres haben dürfte sagte man mir dass ich einfach nehmen soll was ich brauche und dann bezahlen kann. Als ich fragte, ob man meinen Strauß (und ich kenn mich leider nicht gut aus und hätte gern Beratung gehabt, die mir verweigert wurde) verschönern könne, sagte mir die Angestellte ich könne mir was Grünes holen. Nebenbei bemerkt verstellte sie alle Blumen mit irgendwelchen riesen Wägen, so dass ich nichts mehr erlangen konnte. Ich verweigerte mir mehr Grünzeug auszusuchen. Ich sprach die Angestellte darauf an, dass ich eigentlich gekommen bin um eine Beratung zu erhalten. Fertige Sträuße gibt es bei Hofer um ein Fünftel des Preises. Auch das war ihr wurscht. Der junge Mann nach mir erhielt ebenso wenig Beratung wie ich. In Zukunft kaufe ich Blumen bei Hofer aber bestimmt nicht mehr dort ! The worst service ever. Never again !!! I wanted a bouquet of flowers that I had put together and was willing to spend more. I was only offered the pre-packaged copies. When I asked if I could have something more special, I was told to just take what I need and then pay. When I asked if I could beautify my bouquet (and unfortunately I don't know my way around and would have liked advice that was refused), the clerk told me I could get something green. Incidentally, she moved all the flowers with some huge carts so that I could not get anything. I refused to choose more green stuff. I asked the employee that I had actually come for advice. Finished bouquets are available at Hofer for a fifth of the price. That didn't matter to her either. The young man after me received as little advice as I did. In the future I will definitely buy flowers from Hofer there!

Man wird vom sehr netten Personal nach wünschen gefragt. Die Blumen werden sehr schön eingepackt und mit Zwischendekoration noch ein bisschen aufgepeppt. Alles in allem lässt sich sagen, dass dieses Geschäft sehr schöne Blumen zu gerechten Preisen verkauft. I bought roses there for my girlfriend. As soon as you enter the shop, the pleasant smell of fresh flowers catches your nose. You will be asked by the very nice staff what you want. The flowers are wrapped up very nicely and spiced up with decorations in between. All in all, it can be said that this shop sells very beautiful flowers at fair prices.
P	Principe Leone Lupo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wenn der Rizi nicht offen hat, kaufe ich hier, vorwiegend Schnittblumen, fertige Sträuße gibt's ebenso wie meisterliche Floristengestecke nach Wunsch und persönlichem Geschmack if the Rizi is not open, I buy here, mainly cut flowers, finished bouquets are there as well as masterful Floristengestecke according to desire and personal taste
J	Jutta Pavischitz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bräuchte dringensd einen schönen blumenstrauss und konnte mir von einigen den passenden aussuchen ,wunderschön und frisch ,kräftige farben karte dazu und fertig ,freundliche mitarbeiterin und mit 30€ auch nicht so teuer,war und bin sehr zufrieden vielen dank lg I urgently need a nice bouquet of flowers and could choose the right one from a few, beautiful and fresh, brightly colored card with it and done, friendly staff and at 30 € also not that expensive, was and am very satisfied, many thanks lg

Ein bisschen inflexibel was Blumensorten angeht, da weicht man nicht vom Standardsortiment ab bzw. kann das nehmen, was gerade im Verkaufsraum ist oder man muss selbst entspr. Blumen mitbringen... Great service, uncomplicated handling (wedding decorations and bridal bouquet), made directly without going through the "head office" on site. A bit inflexible as far as flower types are concerned, you don't deviate from the standard range or you can take what is currently in the sales room or you have to bring your own flowers ...
