The selection of flowers is very abundant and very nice. However, I have to deduct a point, because of the somewhat unfriendly acting staff.

The selection of flowers is great, but the slogan "Best served" at this branch is not exactly correct, because the service is unfriendly.

Auch die Preise sind in Ordnung, wenngleich man die selben Produkte in einem Gartencenter wahrscheinlich günstiger bekommen könnte. Der Service ist allerdings etwas dürftig. Ich bin zunächst ca. 15 Minuten durch das Geschäft "geirrt" ohne Hilfe angeboten zu bekommen (obwohl ich der einzige Kunde im Geschäft war). Auf meine Fragen wurde anschließend kurz und knapp, relativ fachkundig, jedoch auch leicht unfreundlich bzw. unsympathisch geantwortet. Kartenzahlung ist ohne Mindestbetrag möglich. Fazit: Für jeden, der nicht extra bis in ein Gartencenter fahren kann/möchte in Ordnung. The selection is quite extensive for the size of the business. The prices are okay, although you could probably get the same products in a garden center cheaper. The service is a bit poor. I was initially "wrong" about 15 minutes through the shop being offered without help (though I was the only customer in the business). On my questions was then short and concise, relatively expert, but also slightly rude or unsympathetic answered. Card payment is possible without minimum amount. Conclusion: For anyone who can not drive up to a garden center / would like to order.

Absolut unverstaendlich, wie man in einem Geschaeft, auf Selbstbedienung verwiesen wird, obwohl man hoeflich danach fragt, weil man schwer zu tragen hat. Wie das ganze mit dem Slogan "Bestens bedient" zusammenpasst, muss jeder selbst beurteilen. Kann diese B&B Blumen in keinster Weise empfehlen! Employees do not want to help customers at all - is self-service. Absolutely incomprehensible how one is referred to self-service in a shop, although one politely asks for it because it is difficult to carry. How the whole thing fits together with the slogan "Best served", everyone has to judge for themselves. Can't recommend this B&B Flowers in any way!

Wir waren die einzigen um Geschäft, haben uns umgesehen und als wir um Hilfe gebeten haben, meinte die vermeintliche Floristin, ohne sich hinter der Kassa hervor bewegen zu wollen, wir können uns die Blumen selber nehmen. Wenn ich mir Blumen selber nehmen will, gehe ich zum Supermarkt und nicht in einen Blumenladen. Hinter dem Namen „bestens bedient“ steckt leider nicht viel. Haben uns nun bei einem anderen Blumengeschäft einen wunderschönen Strauß zusammenstellen lassen. Just wanted to have a bouquet of flowers put together. We were the only ones for business, looked around and when we asked for help, the supposed florist said, without wanting to move out of the cashier, we can take the flowers ourselves. If I want to take flowers myself, I go to the supermarket and not to a flower shop. Unfortunately, there is not much behind the name “well served”. We have now put together a beautiful bouquet at another flower shop.
