Wilhelm der junge Manager war sehr freundlich und hat uns gut in das riesige Appartement eingewiesen. Was there a few months ago with a few colleagues. Everything was great. Wilhelm the young manager was very friendly and gave us a good introduction to the huge apartment.

Při 6 denním pobytu nebylo výměno ložní prádlo, pouze osušky, ani nebyla umytá podlaha. Beautiful cozy suite, fully equipped kitchen. But in the room with the bath, cold air was blowing from outside through the window, it made us cold. During the 6-day stay there was no change of bed linen, only towels, nor was the floor washed.

J	Jem Pi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne Mietwohnung und freundlicher Vermieter. In der Wohnung ist alles neu und schick eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen großen Smart-TV. Die Couch ist bisschen klein für 6 Leute. Außerdem ist es gut dass man keine Schlüssel hat sondern mit Chip. Wir hatten zudem Probleme mit der Spülmaschine, welche der Vermieter aber am Nachmittag bereits kontrolliert aber nicht behoben hatte. Dies hatten wir nachher selber gemacht in dem wir festgestellt haben, dass die Teller zu gross für die Spülmaschine sind und die "Drehdüse" blockiert. Dieses Problem müssten die vorherigen Mieter auch bereits gehabt haben, denn das ganze Geschirr (Gläser, Teller, etc) war noch schmutzig und mussten erst gespüllt werden. Leider waren während unseres Aufenthalts Teerarbeiten in der Garage im Gange. Dies hatte zur Folge das alles nach Teer roch und man keine Fenster öffnen konnte. Ausserdem hat die Verdichtungsmaschine das ganze Gebäude zum Beben gebracht. Die Arbeiten haben bereits morgens um 7 Uhr begonnen. Very nice apartment and friendly landlord. In the apartment everything is new and chic. Each room has a large Smart TV. The couch is a bit small for 6 people. It is also good that you have no keys but with chip. We also had problems with the dishwasher, which the landlord but in the afternoon already controlled but not resolved. We had done this ourselves afterwards in which we have determined that the plates are too big for the dishwasher and the "rotating nozzle" blocked. This problem would have already had the previous tenants, because all the dishes (glasses, plates, etc) was still dirty and had to be cleaned first. Unfortunately tar work in the garage was during our stay in progress. As a result, everything smelled of tar and you could not open windows. In addition, the compaction machine has caused the whole building to quake. The work started at 7 o'clock in the morning.

Es gab z. B. nur einen Parkplatz , wir waren sieben Leute, mit drei Autos?! Wir haben dann für die anderen Autos, eins konnten wir in Schwendau abstellen, Parkgebühr bezahlt 70,00 "Euro für eine Woche! Die Waschbecken im Bad sind eigentlich nur was fürs Auge. die Armatur hat keine Bewegungsfreiheit man kann sich nicht richtig die Hände waschen.Alles wird nass. MAN KANN NIRGENDWO etwas abstellen. Zum Überfluss haben wir dann noch hinter die Gardinen geschaut.... au wei! Nur der Service war nicht schlecht. Wir brauchten neue Handtücher,.. kamen sofort In principle, our stay was, well, almost good. At first glance, the loft was very nice. After a short time, however, we noticed major deficiencies. There were e.g. B. only a parking lot, we were seven people, with three cars ?! We then paid a parking fee for the other cars, one we could park in Schwendau 70.00 "euros for one week! The sinks in the bathroom are actually only something for the eye. the faucet has no freedom of movement you cannot wash your hands properly, everything gets wet. YOU CAN'T PUT something down nowhere. To make matters worse, we looked behind the curtains ... oh white! Only the service wasn't bad. We needed new towels, .. came immediately

Friendly contact, very nice apartment, effect fire in the room, underfloor heating, large balcony, Nespresso and a few drinks included - what more could you want ??

E	Emily Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a lovely stay at Black Eagle back in April. We checked in quite late and there was a slight mistake in room assignment however it was quickly cleared up. We wish we checked in earlier! The entire apartment was spacious, modern and clean. We were a group of 5 adults and felt there was enough room to fit another 2 as the sofa bed was larger then a king size! The views outside the apartment were beautiful and we highly recommend a stay here. In winter, this apartment is the perfect place to relax after a long day on the slopes. And the best thing? This place is cheap! So so so worth it!
