Wir haben uns im Voraus über Stornokosten und Kosten für Namensänderung telefonisch im Reisebüro informiert und waren damit einverstanden dass die Umschreibung €50 pro Person ausmacht. Daraufhin gingen wir hin um dies zu veranlassen doch plötzlich kostete es ca €190 pro Person. Auf die Frage wie das sein kann hieß es: "Das ist halt jetzt so." Haben uns dann bei anderen Reisebüros informiert, die uns dann mitteilten, dass eine Namensänderung von kostenlos bis max. €50 kosten darf. Could not participate in the booked flight and therefore have sought replacement people who take the flight instead of us. We have informed in advance about cancellation costs and costs for name change by phone in the travel agency and agreed that the description amounts to € 50 per person. Then we went to arrange this but suddenly it cost about € 190 per person. When asked how it can be said: "That's just how it is now." We then informed other travel agencies, who then told us that a name change from free to max. € 50 may cost.

Eine Namensänderung sollte laut Telefonat pro Person maximal 50€ kosten, tatsächlich dann 190€ !! Nach meiner Frage wie das jetzt auf einmal möglich sein kann, hieß es "ja das ist jetzt so da kann man nichts machen"! Würde da nie wieder buchen, gibt ja andere gute Reisebüros wo dieses Problem bei Nachfrage eine Kulanz gewesen wäre! Once a problem occurs, there is no backbone, no goodwill and no help! A change of name should cost a maximum of 50 € per person per person, actually 190 € !! After my question how this can be possible all of a sudden, it was said "yes that is so now you can not do anything"! Would never book there again, yes there are other good travel agents where this problem would have been a goodwill if asked!
