Normalerweise backe und koche ich alles selbst aaaber da zu dieser Zeit die Konditorin meines Vertrauens leider im Urlaub ist habe ich mich nach einer Alternative ungeschaut uuuuund bin auf biskitty gestoßen. Tolle sache! Schmeckt super lecker! My big one was totally excited about the rainbow colors and the smarties in the cake. Normally, I bake and cook everything myself aaaber because at this time the confectioner of my confidence unfortunately on vacation, I have looked for an alternative uuuuund am auf biskitty. Great thing! Tastes great!

Daher wurde ich am Tag des Geburtstages sehr unruhig ?? Aber pünktlich um 12 kam dann der Fahrer ? Die splash Torte war super.. Minnie mouse mein Favorit ! Die smarties Torte optisch ein Traum aber leider vieeeeel zu trocken.. Es fehlte einfach zwischen den einzelnen Schichten die buttercreme/Pudding.. Es war leider viel zu dünn.. Aber ich gebe euch bestimmt nochmal eine Chance ? Almost perfect .. We ordered 3 cakes .. Unfortunately, I did not receive a confirmation or a shipping notification .. Therefore, I was very restless on the day of my birthday ?? But the driver arrived punctually at 12 ? The splash cake was great .. Minnie mouse my favorite! The smarties cake is optically a dream but unfortunately much too dry. The buttercream / pudding was simply missing between the individual layers. Unfortunately it was way too thin .. But I'll definitely give you another chance ?

Es wurde mir sogar am 30.11. nochmal eine Bestätigung geschickt das die Torte unterwegs ist. Jetzt am 1.12. bekomme ich die Nachricht das die Torte erst einen Tag später kommt. Leider antwortet bei biskitty e. U. niemand auf meine Anrufe und meine Email. Ich bin absolut enttäuscht und verärgert. Jetzt gibt es also für den heutigen Geburtstag keine Torte. Ich wurde nicht mal kontaktiert das die Torte nicht rechtzeitig ankommt sondern auf meine Intervention wurde mir mitgeteilt das die Torte nicht geliefert wurde. Jetzt muss ich auch noch schauendas ich das Geld zurück bekomme. NOT ORDER NOT ORDER Have a birthday cake on November 25th for December 1st. ordered and paid. A confirmation was then sent to me. I even got it on November 30th. again sent a confirmation that the cake is on the way. Now on December 1st I get the message that the cake will come a day later. Unfortunately biskitty e. U. no one on my calls and emails. I am utterly disappointed and upset. So now there is no cake for today's birthday. I was not even contacted that the cake was not arriving on time, but rather on my intervention I was informed that the cake was not delivered. Now I have to make sure that I get the money back.

Was man unbedingt noch ändern sollte ist der Lieferstatus der nach der Bestellung nicht mehr aktualisiert wird es erfolgt auch keine Benachrichtigung über den Versand, Es gibt auch keine Sendungsnummer Juicy cake - juicy prices Super nice cake. Reliable delivery and great taste. Price is too high (77 euros for the self-made cake) but it was really worth it. What you should definitely change is the delivery status, which is no longer updated after the order, there is no notification of the shipment, there is also no tracking number

Man kann die Torte selber gestalten, beschriften lassen und sonst noch was das Herz begehrt! Die Torte ist sicher und nicht beschädigt angekommen und hat gut geschmeckt. If someone ever wants to send a birthday cake to a loved one, this is just the thing! You can design the cake yourself, have it labeled and anything else your heart desires!
