C	Caterina T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Personal scheint nicht besonders viel über Kundenfreundlichkeit zu wissen - man wird weder beim Eintreten begrüßt, noch im Laufe des Aufenthalts. Ebensowenig wird gefragt, ob man deren Hilfe benötigt, selbst wenn man direkt neben einer Verkäuferin längere Zeit steht und etwas sucht. Auf Fragen wird sehr schnippisch reagiert. Bei der Kassa wird man ebensowenig begrüßt und nicht einmal der Gesamtbetrag wird genannt. Verabschiedung gab es auch keine, erst als ich "Auf Wiedersehen" sagte, wurde eine Grußformel gemurmelt. Und das bei einem leeren Geschäft! Sehr enttäuschend! The staff does not seem to know much about customer friendliness - you will not be greeted upon entering nor during your stay. Nor is anyone asked if they need their help, even if you are standing next to a shop assistant for a long time looking for something. Questions are answered very snappish. At the cash desk one is greeted as little and not even the total amount is called. There was also no adoption, only when I said "goodbye", a greeting was mumbled. And this at an empty shop! Very disappointing!

Hält sich schon sehr lange an diesem Standort, kein eigener Kundenparkplatz, genau in der Ortsmitte gelegen. Wichtig für die Nahversorgung, weil einziger Drogeriemarkt im Ort und in der Umgebung. Umfassendes Sortiment. Well sorted, extremely helpful and supportive staff. Rather small, so narrow corridors.
