Ich bezahlte mit einer neuen 100€ Gutscheinkarte meinen Einkauf von 35€. Die Kassiererin wollte meine Gutscheinkarte mit einem Restguthaben von 65€ "entsorgen"!! Erst nach meinem Einwand, dass noch genug Guthaben vorhanden ist, bekam ich die Gutscheinkarte mit Rechnung ausgehändigt. Lediglich ein "Achso" bekam ich als Antwort. Menschlich sehr enttäuschend diese Filiale.
Unfortunately had negative experiences.
I paid for my € 35 purchase with a new € 100 voucher card. The cashier wanted to "dispose of" my voucher card with a remaining balance of 65 € !! Only after my objection that there was still enough credit was I given the voucher card with the invoice. The only answer I got was "Oh, so". This branch is very disappointing.
