B	Birgit Grandits on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach ärgerlich, wollte Sofortfotos im Format 9x13 drucken, also rufe ich dort an ob das dort möglich ist. Die Verkäuferin versichert mir, dass das möglich ist, und ich habe ungefähr 10 Mal nachgefragt, ob es eh Sofortfotos sind, die ich also gleich mitnehmen kann. Antwort "Ja,ja" Also fahr ich hin und es ist natürlich nicht möglich. - Ärgerlich, weil ich etwas unter Zeitdruck war (Deshalb Sofortfotos) Also bestelle ich die Fotos und man versichert mir, dass es ca. 5 Werktage dauern sollte, aber ich mit einer SMS informiert wäre. Nach einer Woche frage ich nach und es stellt sich heraus, dass die Fotos anscheinend schon seit 5 Tagen fertig sind - SMS habe ich nie bekommen. Ist vielleicht eine gute Filiale, aber diese Erfahrung schreckt einfach ab, jemals wieder irgendeine Denkleistung von dem Team zu verlangen. Simply annoying, wanted to print instant photos in 9x13 format, so I call there if that's possible. The seller assures me that this is possible, and I have asked about 10 times whether they are instant photos anyway, so I can take them with me. Answer "yes, yes" So I go there and of course it's not possible. - Annoying because I was a bit pressed for time (so take instant photos) So I order the photos and I am assured that it should take about 5 working days, but I would be informed by SMS. After a week I ask and it turns out that the photos have apparently been ready for 5 days - I never received any SMS. It may be a good branch, but this experience simply discourages ever asking the team to do any thinking.
e	eva toth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein -25%Gutschein war nicht gültig für den Produkt , den ich kaufen wollte (wegen Dauertiefpreis ),und die "liebe" Verkauferin hat den Gutschein zerissen und in den Müll geworfen. Es war noch gültig, ich würde den auf etwas anderes einlösen lassen... My -25% voucher was not valid for the product I wanted to buy (because of the low price), and the "dear" seller tore up the voucher and threw it in the trash. It was still valid, I would have it redeemed for something else ...

Aber so was von Unfreundlichkeit und Arrogant habe ich noch nirgends erlebt, nie wieder I was shopping in this store yesterday , around noon, because I think it's a nice and Is clear. But something of unfriendliness and I have never experienced arrogance, never again
