A BIPA branch like any other. The staff is friendly, but not necessarily very attentive. The range of products is simply BIPA.

Ich mein wenn sich ein Kind von seinem Taschengeld was kaufen möchte dann braucht man echt nicht angefressen sein. Auch wenn besagtes Kind eine Frage stellt würde ich meinen, dass es gerechtfertigt ist dem Kind eine Antwort zu geben. Aber auch der Umgang mit Erwachsenen könnte besser sein. Dass man mal was nachschauen muss ist schon klar, aber dass dann keiner mehr zurück kommt und einen Feedback gibt wie denn die Suche verlaufen ist, ist nicht sehr kundenorientiert. Unterm Strich hat es keinen Spaß gemacht dort 140 Euro auszugeben. The assortment is good, but the staff (unfortunately not an isolated case) is very unfriendly. I mean if a child wants to buy something with their pocket money then you really don't need to be pissed off. Even if said child asks a question, I would feel it is fair to give the child an answer. But dealing with adults could be better too. It's clear that you have to look something up, but the fact that nobody comes back and gives feedback on how the search went is not very customer-oriented. The bottom line is that it wasn't fun to spend 140 euros there.

Wenige Kunde,kein bedrängnis ausser von den Mitarbeitern in der Drogerie.Das ist ok,die schauen wahrscheinlich nur zur Aufsicht,wenn was nicht in Ordnung sein soll. Oft wird Ware kontrolliert oder Sortiert und zwar da wo man gerade steht,was etwas unangenehm wirken kann. Gut das es eine Drogerie in Sollenau gibt,es könnte auch einen Müller oder DM geben,aber da gibt es im Umkreis weit und Breit keinen. Looks clean and hygienic. Few customers, no harassment except from the employees in the drugstore. That's ok, they probably only look for supervision if something is supposed to be wrong. Goods are often checked or sorted right where you are, which can be a bit uncomfortable. It's good that there is a drugstore in Sollenau, there could also be a miller or DM, but there isn't one in the area far and wide.
S	Sonja Baumgarten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich gebe normalerweise nie eine Bewertung ab ABER diese Filiale ist einfach nur unfreundlich und nicht der Arbeit gewachsen! Die eine ältere blonde Dame sollte vielleicht mal nachschauen was das Wort „Freundlichkeit“ und „Kunde“ bedeutet. Fragt man etwas wird man schon sehr komisch angeschaut und von der Mimik möchte ich nicht mal anfangen. Ich werde hier nie wieder herkommen das garantierte ich Ihnen! Nicht mal den einen Stern verdient ihr. I never normally write reviews BUT this branch is just plain rude and not up to the job! The one older blond lady should maybe look up what the word "friendliness" and "customer" means. If you ask something you will be looked at very strangely and I don't even want to start with the facial expressions. I will never come back here, I guarantee you! You don't even deserve one star.
