Ihr habt auch sehr liebe Verkäufer bis auf diese eine Dame die euch einen (beinahe zwei) Stern Abzug bringt. Diese blonde Dame mittleren Alters ist eine Zumutung. Habs jetzt nicht erst einmal mit bekommen wie unfreundlich und motzig diese Dame ist. Wahnsinn. Unfassbar wie soetwas wie die Verkäuferin sein darf. So unhöflich, frech, arrogant und herablassend zum Kunden das man es kaum in Worte fassen kann. Auf die Frage ob es im Lager noch Babymilchpulver der Marke Hipp gibt kam "Wenns ned im Regal steht homma nix". Bei einer anderen Kundin hab ichs bei Fotos mit bekommen. Der Fotodrucker hat die Fotos wohl abgeschnitten. Auf die Frage ob man das stoppen kann kam nur "Ausgewählt is ausgewählt. Selba schuld wenn ma ned gescheid schaut. Stoppn kon is oba zoin muas trotzdem". Also die Begeisterung hielt sich natürlich in Grenzen. Wie kann man voraussetzen das sich jeder Tip top auskennt. Ist eine Verkäuferin nicht auch dazu da einem Kunden zu helfen?! Wenn nein brauchen wir eh keine Verkäufer mehr sondern nen SB Shop. Hab lange überlegt ob ich das veröffentliche, da ich nicht will das es für die Dame Konsequenzen hat. Andererseits muss man im 21. Jhd im Internetzeitalter schon davon ausgehen das hier mal eine Beschwerde kommt und wer A sagt muss auch B sagen. Business always clean, tidy and mostly everything you need there. You also have very nice sellers except for this one lady who brings you a (almost two) star print. This middle-aged blonde lady is unreasonable. Didn't even notice how unfriendly and grumpy this lady is. Madness. Incredible how something like the saleswoman can be. So rude, cheeky, arrogant and condescending to customers that it can hardly be put into words. When asked whether there is still baby milk powder from the Hipp brand in the warehouse, the answer was "If there is nothing on the shelf, homma nothing". I saw it in photos of another customer. The photo printer probably cut off the photos. When asked whether you can stop that, the only answer was "Selected is selected. It's your own fault if you look at it. Stop con is oba zoin muas anyway". So the enthusiasm was of course limited. How can you assume that every tip is very knowledgeable. Isn't a saleswoman also there to help a customer ?! If not, we no longer need a salesperson but a self-service shop. I thought for a long time whether I should publish this, because I don't want it to have consequences for the lady. On the other hand, in the 21st century in the Internet age, one has to assume that there will be a complaint and whoever says A must also say B.

Everything a woman's heart desires ? great cleaning service can be used (except leather) and very friendly saleswomen are there.
