Excellent small, cozy hotel with a family atmosphere by Mrs. Schweitzer, her cake is still a highlight!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht dort. Sehr freundlicher Service, schönes Zimmer, gute Betten. Das Abendessen ausgezeichnet, kleine Menüauswahl. Beim Frühstück fehlte mir etwas Obst und mehr Auswahl beim Belag, aber es war trotzdem gut. Beim Zimmer ziehe ich einen Stern ab weil das Badezimmer sehr beengt war.

Ended up on this hotel by chance. Originally targeted another hotel in Mieming but it was closed. Biohotel Schweitzer had vacancies, a few 100 meters from the main road, sits in a upscale residential area, peaceful and quiet.
Very nice hotel, mint everything. Got a great room for the stay. They serve great vegetarian dinner. Plus ecological beers! Those not vegetarians will survive till breakfast, if not there's a pizzeria and some other offerings down in Mieming. You won't regret having dinner at the hotel though.
As for the location, well if you look for a quiet place to stay for some days I can recommend both hotel and location.
