Nach einiger Zeit bin ich hier wieder mit offenen Armen aufgenommen worden und ich freue mich wieder in größerem Maßstab wieder Kunde zu sein. Ganz grosses Lob an die Geschäftsleitung die mir mit Rat sind Tat zur Seite steht. Ja da gebe ich gerne alles was ich habe. ❤️❤️❤️ ?????? Sumsi says hello ?????? a very nice shop for beekeeping accessories but more for food and bee health. Small and fine. After some time I was welcomed back here with open arms and I am happy to be a customer again on a larger scale. Big compliments to the management who are on hand with advice and action. Yes, I'm happy to give everything I have. ❤️❤️❤️

Manchmal dauert die Bearbeitung der Bestellungen einfach zu lange - darum 1 Stern abzug. Very competent advice and top service, which I always like to take advantage of! Sometimes the processing of the orders just takes too long - that's why 1 star is deducted.
J	Julia Ciempiel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, da ich im Shop beinahe die doppelte Menge an empfohlenen Schlupfwespen gegen Lebensmittelmotten gekauft habe und die Mottenplage noch immer vorhanden ist. Natürlich habe ich vor dem Einsatz lt. Anleitung alles gereinigt und befallene Lebensmittel entsorgt und trotzdem sind sie da. Nachdem ich bei Garten & Bienen nachgefragt habe, ob sie mir evtl eine Preisreduktion geben könnten wurde dies abgelehnt und darauf hingewiesen, dass die Wirksamkeit wissenschaftlich bewiesen ist. Nun jetzt habe ich knappe 90€ bezahlt und bin die Motten noch immer nicht los. I am very disappointed because I bought almost double the amount of recommended parasitic wasps against food moths in the shop and the moth plague is still there. Of course, according to the instructions, I cleaned everything and disposed of contaminated food before the operation and still they are there. After I asked Garten & Bienen whether they could possibly give me a price reduction, this was rejected and it was pointed out that the effectiveness has been scientifically proven. Now I've paid almost € 90 and I'm still not rid of the moths.
