Bei der Herstellung von den Fleischwaren, wird komplett auf Pökelsalz und Geschmacksverstärker verzichtet, sowie auf jedliche weiteren Zusatzstoffe mit E Nummern.
Stattdessen sorgen viel Erfahrung und eigene Gewürzmischungen für die unverfälschte Qualität.
Sicher einer von wenigen Betieben dieser Art weit und breit.
