Kept our luggage for us for quite a bit, very helpful in solven various queries and a nice little and very clean room. Great for the price outside the main centre with views on the Karwendel. No ventilation which made it a bit warm, but still comfy after an exhausting day.

I was quickly search a place to stay a night but there's no hotel to stay with under 80€ but then I found that place. I pay only 73€ a quick night without any booking .. this place is very clean, very close to the train station.. and also the staff is very gentle and friendly. I loved the place and the staff. Food was really good. And the place very close to "queens club" (discotech). I definitely will return to that place when I come back to innsbruck. Persone molto adorabile e gentile. Senza dubbi tornerei di nuovo.. ??❤??

A	Alessandro Cremonesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are clean and the forniture are well placed so they can offer good space even for the single bedrooms. I found it perfect for a 2 nights stay. There's planty of parking in the area, unfortunately not in front of the hotel. Just 5 minutes by car to the city center.

We stayed in a business room (tip: book from the hotel website and not from booking.com for a better price) City centre is easy accessible by the tram, the stop is close to the hotel. During the night you can take the nightbus. Best price/quality you can get in Innsbruck.
S	Stefano Schiazza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This structure is ridiculously unkind to its customer and its management can't align its personnel: I was noticed that due to covid countermeasures it was possible to stay only for work purpose and I explained clearly that I had to CROSS Austria to reach my final work location. Despite the answer was YES, YOU CAN SPEND THE NIGHT AT THE HOTEL, at the reception another employee refused to check me in. I had to find another place, after driving a whole day. I strongly recommend not to book due to severe lack of competence and reliability.
G	Giulio Perrone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very friendly and resourceful, there were a couple of things that weren't that good tho. We received an email asking for our names to give us a welcome card but we didn't receive it, we had to ask for it. The elevator is way too small and the WiFi is average. The room was a double bed, but to our surprise, it was 2 single beds put together, each had an individual mattress and the pillows were uncomfortable. Also one of the chairs in the balcony was broken and we only realised after I sat on it and fell down. For the bathroom, the faucet was extended way too much, making the water fall almost at the border of the sink. The shower doors didn't have any plastic at the bottom so depending on the angle you used, water can come through the door, we requested extra towels to put them on the floor and avoid flooding the bathroom. The breakfast is priced at €15 but it is very basic, the highlight being the cheese with spices, but probably not worth that price. The snack machine only takes cash, no cards nor NFC.
M	Maria Nikakou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at Binders for 4 nights in January. For a budget hotel, we had a very good experience! First of all, it is not situated in the city centre but there are 2 tram stations 3 minutes by walk. The room was big enough and with a very well thought configuration. For us it was too hot and we had to turn off the heating for all of our stay (the room didn’t get cold, so I guess it’s well isolated). Bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Concerning the breakfast, there were many choices (even vitamins) for both vegetarians and non. Only negative point is that there were not many fresh fruits (except the fruit salad). Staff was very welcoming. Both the check in and check out were fast without any problems. We asked for the welcome card and they were happy to create 2 for us. We really enjoyed our stay there and thank you to everyone for making it happen.
