J	Julia N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hallo wir haben vor ca.1 monat ein bett bei dieser firma gekauft anfangs eigentlich sehr seriös und freundlich gewirkt und da wir schon so lange auf der suche waren und der preis ja eigentlich auch stimmt haben wir bestellt. So bett kam mit 3 leuten wurde das afgestellt jedoch sahen wir bei aufstellen das der stoff auf einer seite leicht eingerissen war der chef der firma sah das nicht so schlimm "sieht nicht schön aus"???gut kein Kommentar dazu beim preis mut mühe und not in bisi bisi nachgelassen!!!! So dann meinte der chef die schlaufen damit man die bett laden öffnen kann hat er jetzt vergessen ...so mittlerweile bin ich drauf gekommen das die Knöpfe nur jeder 2 von dem stoff hält und die Halterungen im Bettgestell wo die matratze aufliegt sind nur plastik schanierre die hat mein mann ausgetauscht weil das die erste woche durch war also wenn wer kinder hat vorher schon auswechseln weil so betten einfach für kinder zum hüpfen verleitet all das hatten wir ihnen telefonisch mitgeteilt.3 wochen später noch immer keine Knöpfe noch immer keine Schlaufen damit ich die Bettlade öffnen kann . Lange rede kurzer sinn ich finde es eine frechheit das sich die firma einfach nicht mehr meldet bazahl twirdtwird bar bei lieferung!!!!! Hello, we bought a bed from this company about 1 month ago. At first it actually seemed very serious and friendly and since we had been looking for so long and the price was actually right, we ordered it. So the bed came with 3 people, but when we set it up we saw that the fabric was slightly torn on one side. The head of the company didn't see it that badly "doesn't look nice"???well no comment on the price courage effort and not in bisi bisi eased!!!! So then the boss said the loops so that you can open the bed drawers he has now forgotten ... so in the meantime I've figured out that the buttons only hold 2 of the fabric each and the brackets in the bed frame where the mattress rests are only plastic hinges my husband exchanged them because it was over for the first week, so if anyone has children, exchange them beforehand because beds like that just tempt children to jump. We told them all this by phone. 3 weeks later, still no buttons, still no loops so that I can open the bed drawer. To cut a long story short, I think it's cheeky that the company just doesn't get back to you anymore. Bazahl will be paid in cash on delivery!!!!!
