B	Beatrix H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Billa Filiale selbst, ist super toll aufgebaut und vermittelt das Gefühl, dass man dort alles bekommt, was man gerne haben möchte. Viel frisches Obst und Gemüse gibt es dort auch reichlich. Ich war mit meinem Einkaufserlebnis im großen und ganzen sehr zufrieden, bis auf den bekannten "krönenden Abschluss", der mir, als Kunde, das Gefühl geben sollte, gerne nochmal dort einkaufen gehen zu wollen. Da ich selber in einer Branche mit Kundenkontakt arbeite, weiß ich wie wichtig es ist den Kunden freundlich und zuvorkommend zu behandeln, egal wie schwierig es oft scheinen mag. In meinem Fall, ist die Kassiererin einfach aufgestanden und hat ihre Kollegin weiter kassieren lassen, da ich ihr die 25% Pickerl nicht direkt vor die Nase gehalten habe und es leider zu spät war, diese einzulösen. Ist ja nichts schlimmes, nur die unfreundliche Art und auch kein "Grüss Gott" gab es, sind für mich nicht in Ordnung und genau wegen dieser Dame, werde ich den Billa in Langenlois künftig meisen. The Billa branch itself is super well set up and gives the feeling that you can get everything you want there. There is also plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables there. Overall, I was very satisfied with my shopping experience, except for the well-known "grand finale", which should give me, as a customer, the feeling that I would like to go shopping there again. Since I myself work in an industry with customer contact, I know how important it is to treat customers in a friendly and courteous manner, no matter how difficult it may seem. In my case, the cashier just got up and let her colleague continue to cash in because I didn't hold the 25% sticker right in front of her nose and unfortunately it was too late to redeem it. Nothing bad, just the unfriendly manner and there was no "Grüss Gott", are not okay for me and it is precisely because of this lady that I will call Billa in Langenlois in future.
H	Harald Hahn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genauso wie der Billa plus in Hadersdorf, alles, wirklich alles sehr langsam, sogar der Flaschen Rücknahme Automat ist so oft voll wie in Hadersdorf, daher fahr ich zu beiden Geschäften nur im Notfall. Just like the Billa plus in Hadersdorf, everything, really everything very slowly, even the bottle return machine is full as often as in Hadersdorf, so I only go to both stores in an emergency.

Die Mitarbeiter der Feinkost sind immer sehr freundlich, überhaupt die zwei jungen Damen die immer Freitag Samstag da sind. Solche Mitarbeiter sollte es öfter geben. Hello!! I have to give a big compliment. The employees at the delicatessen are always very friendly, especially the two young ladies who are always there on Fridays and Saturdays. There should be more employees like this.
