Bin aus Graz was anderes gewohnt vom Billa. Unfortunately the staff seems overworked and rather annoyed with questions about products ... Assortment is also rather little ... I'm from Graz used to something different from the Billa.

An der Wursttheke wies mich die Verkäuferin darauf hin, dass ich keine Maske trage. Ich entschuldigte mich und bat um eine. Ich hatte total darauf vergessen. Sie sagte mir, dass seit heute jeder eine mithaben muss. Ich zog daraufhin meine Jacke über Mund und Nase. Ich ging gleich zur Kassa. Die Filialleiterin hat anscheinend unser Gespräch mitgehört.Sie sagte sehr unfreundlich, dass ich ohne Maske nicht einkaufen darf und ich bei ihr eine kaufen kann. Sie wurde laut und meinte, dass die andere Dame mir gesagt hätte, dass es bei ihr eine gibt. So war es aber nicht. Es waren nicht mehr als 5 Kunden im ganzen Geschäft. Ich kam mir vor wie ein Verbrecher!!! Ich arbeite selbst als Fußpflegerin und trage jeden Tag Masken. Die Filialleiterin tat, als würde ich lügen. Ich bin selbstverständlich für die Vorsichtsmaßnahmen der Regierung!!! Ich glaube jedoch, dass man trotzdem dem Kunden gegenüber nicht so reagieren muss. Diese Situation ist für uns alle ungewohnt und neu!!!!!! Hi! I usually like to go to Billa. But today I had a bad experience. At the sausage counter, the shop assistant pointed out that I am not wearing a mask. I apologized and asked for one. I had totally forgotten about it. She told me that everyone has to have one since today. I then pulled my jacket over my mouth and nose. I went straight to the cash desk. The store manager apparently overheard our conversation and said very unkindly that I can't shop without a mask and I can buy one from her. She got loud and said the other Lady would have told me there was one with her. It wasn't like that. There were no more than 5 customers in the whole shop. I felt like a criminal !!! I work as a podiatrist myself and wear masks every day. The store manager pretended to be lying. I am self-evident for the government's precautions !!! However, I believe that you don't have to react to the customer that way. This situation is unusual and new for all of us !!!!!!

M	Maria Maier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich dieses Personal, überhaupt an der Kasse, unhöflich, primitives Verhalten. Von Bildung absolut keine Spur! Das war der letzte Einkauf in dieser Filiale! Nicht mal ein Stern hätte sich diese Filiale verdient. Zum schämen! Lernt Euren Verkäuferinnen einen guten Umgang mit Kunden. Unbelievable this staff, generally at the checkout, impolite, primitive behavior. Absolutely no trace of education! That was the last purchase in this branch! This branch didn't even deserve a star. To be ashamed of! Learn how your sales assistants deal well with customers.
