★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöner Laden mit gutem Lebensmittelangebot. Auch Waren des täglichen Bedarfs erhält man. Leider steht in den Gängen öfters Ware herum. Großer Parkplatz ist vorhanden.
 Nice shop with good food offer. You can also get everyday goods. Unfortunately goods are often found in the aisles. There is a large car park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like Billa as a supermarket option and some of their exclusive gourmet products. They have a great variety of produce and prices are fair. However, in Matrei the cashiers are always rushing you, almost never waiting for you to finish transferring the products from the lane to your basket, even though there is no other customer behind you. The rush is followed by negligence as well, for example, they don't place the glass bottles carefully after scanning them, they push them in a hurry till the bottle hits the metal ridge of the lane with the risk of breaking. Another annoying thing is when you have light and heavy products, like soft fruit/ bread vs. cans/ potatoes which you've carefully placed on the lane and after scanning, the cashiers pushes the heavy products on your fragile items. They show no respect for the produce at all, which is frustrating for the client, especially if you're going the extra mile and buying the organic, expensive stuff. I don't know if this is just a local problem or a general thing, but it would help if the staff would have some more training.
