Korrekter Preis und korrekter Typ der Uwe, kann ich nur empfehlen! Simply great, called, came over, received an SMS the next day, the bike is ready and an appointment for collection via SMS is simply arranged. Correct price and correct type of Uwe, I can only recommend it!

Im Vorfeld und dann auch noch einmal direkt am Dienstag Vormittag telefoniert und die Auskunft bekommen, dass wir das Rad ab 14.00 Uhr vorbei bringen können. Extra für Dienstag einen Urlaubstag genommen. Um 14.00 Uhr war die Werkstatt noch geschlossen. Wir haben eine halbe Stunde gewartet - mehrmals versucht den Herren telefonisch zu erreichen - ohne Erfolg. Letztlich auch auf die Mailbox gesprochen. In der Zwischenzeit sind mehrere Kunden gekommen, die ebenso verwundert vor verschlossenen Türen gestanden sind. Extra bis heute Donnerstag gewartet, ob vielleicht noch ein Rückruf kommt mit einer Entschuldigung oder Erklärung. Das ist jedoch leider nicht erfolgt. Wir sind von so einem unverlässlichen Umgang, der uns letztlich viel Zeit gekostet hat, sehr enttäuscht und werden uns definitiv eine andere Werkstatt suchen. We are very upset. Called in advance and then again directly on Tuesday morning and received the information that we can bring the bike over from 2 p.m. Taken a day of vacation extra for Tuesday. At 2 p.m. the workshop was still closed. We waited half an hour - tried several times to reach the gentleman by phone - without success. Ultimately also spoken on the mailbox. In the meantime, several customers have come who have just stood in amazement in front of closed doors. Waited extra until today Thursday to see if there might be a callback with an apology or explanation. Unfortunately, that did not happen. We are very disappointed by such an unreliable approach, which ultimately cost us a lot of time, and will definitely look for another workshop.

T	Thodoris K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After bringing my bike in Vienna on an airplane, I realised that I wouldn't be able to put it back together because I ruined it by breaking it apart to fit it in the box for the flight. I looked online for bike mechanics around town and found Uwe's shop near Schönbrunn train station. I put some wheels on the bike box and dragged it from my house to the train, and from the train to Uwe's bike repair shop. He can speak english (big plus for me since I can't speak german) and told me he would check it and tell me. He was very helpful and communicative. He managed the fix the rear derailleur (hardest part to put back together after what I had done to it) and also did some other necessary sevices to the bike. Overall great and friendly guy! Highly recommended!!!

He knows what he is talking about, and happily gives free advice regarding all aspects of cycling. I recently moved much further away from him, but despite the inconvenience, I still go to him any time my bike needs servicing or repairs. Absolutely recommend :-)
