P	Paul Schaller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute Bikes - schlechter Service. Hier gibt es Verbesserungsbedarf bei diesen Preisen. Wir wurden einfach ignoriert. Der Verkäufer sagte zu uns wir könnten in 10-15 min Bikes haben, die Realität sah so aus das wir 45 min warteten und andere später gekommene Kunden und ein Kunde der sein Bike zerstörte die Bikes bekamen und wir dann mit Wut das Gelände Verließen. Good bikes - bad service. There is room for improvement at these prices. We were just ignored. The seller said to us we could have bikes in 10-15 minutes, the reality looked like we were waiting 45 minutes and other customers came later and a customer who got his bike destroyed the bikes and we left the grounds with rage.

Die Trainingsbetreuung rund ums Biken: Ausgleichstraining, Kraft, selbst Rennvorbereitung trifft der Kurt den Nagel auf den Kopf, besser kann man es nicht machen, besten Dank! ?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️ Kurt and his team deserve the name Academy, nowhere have I learned to bike so well with so much fun. Training support for everything related to biking: balance training, strength, even race preparation, Kurt hits the nail on the head, you can't do better, thank you very much! ?♂️?♂️?♂️
S	Sonja Haas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war letzte Woche zum Fahrtraining bei euch und ich muss sagen, es war einfach nur super und ich kann es jedem empfehlen, egal ob Mountainbike-Einsteiger oder Fortgeschrittene. Ich hab in den zwei Stunden so viel gelernt!!! Mein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Alex, der einen ganz tollen Job gemacht hat!!! Ich empfehle euch auf jeden Fall weiter! I was with you for driver training last week and I have to say, it was just great and I can recommend it to everyone, whether mountain bike beginners or advanced. I learned so much in the two hours !!! My very special thanks go to Alex, who did a really great job !!! I definitely recommend you guys!
P	Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Mitarbeiter und Chef durchweg freundlich. Bikes wurden rechtzeitig vor unsere Ankunft bereitgestellt. Fahrräder aus aktuellen Modelljahr Negativ: Erreichbarkeit per Telefon eher schlecht und E-Mails wurden teilweise auch recht verzögert, teils erst auf Nachfrage beantwortet. Qualität bzw. Zustand der Bikes eher schlecht (sehr laut quietschende und schleifende Bremsen, verstellte Schaltungen, teilweise abgefahrene Reifen, diverse andere Geräusche die nicht genau zuordenbar waren). Diese war auch kein Einzelfall. Wir hatten insgesamt 5 Bikes und alle wiesen mindestens eines der genannten Mängel auf. Auf Nachfrage wurde dieser Zustand uns erst als „normal“ verkauft. Erst auf Drängen und dem dezenten Hinweis das wir nicht ganz unerfahren mit der Thematik sind, wurde die Mängel nochmals geprüften und teilweise behoben. Bei einem Verleihpreis von bis zu 50€ am Tag, gehe ich eigentlich von einem vorab geprüften und einwandfrei gewarteten Bike aus. Positive: Staff and boss consistently friendly. Bikes were provided in time for our arrival. Bicycles from current model year Negative: Accessibility by phone rather bad and e-mails were partly also quite delayed, partly only on demand answered. Quality or condition of the bikes rather bad (very loud squeaky and schleifende brakes, disguised circuits, partially worn tires, various other sounds that were not exactly attributable). This was not an isolated case. We had a total of 5 bikes and all had at least one of the mentioned shortcomings. On request, this condition was sold to us as "normal". Only on urgency and the subtle hint that we are not quite inexperienced with the issue, the deficiencies were re-examined and partially resolved. With a rental price of up to € 50 a day, I actually go out of a pre-tested and properly maintained bike.

Sehr sympathisch und durch seine ruhige Art und sein Können vermittelt er viel Sicherheit. Er hat auch viele Tipps für die Mentale Einstellung. Great bike day with Kurt (the owner) professional training. Learned a lot. Very personable and with his calm manner and skill he conveys a lot of security. He also has many tips for mental attitudes.

A	Ahmet Koksal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees are perfect, owners are horrible... I have been visiting Kitzbühel nearly 15 years back to back for skiing, climbing and walking. All the experiences were perfect until today. My 2 and a half days bike rental for two bikes went disaster. The lady (owner of the shop) nearly blamed me for lying about the price. Although her colleague had declared me the price as 140 euros two days ago, she took from me 200 and stated that the employees had no right to make price adjustments. Even rudely told me “nice try” when I was trying to explain the situation while the handwritten Rental document on her hands clearly states 140. You can find many places for bike rental around Kitzbühel, but if you want to rent from Bike Academy you should think twice... REPLY TO OWNER’S RESPONSE... Dear Mr. Exenberger, When I explained my negative feelings, you exactly told me; “I can live with that”... So, why could not you live with that? You still seem you could not understand the situation and still talking about the money. Firstly, you should understand between the difference with a reservation mail and a signed contract. I have been in your shop one day before rental period and signed a contract. I did not made a negotiation. Secondly, you should watch your language to your clients. You were there and you heard all the conversation with your partner. I needed to ask five times “nice try from whom” until I got a response. I have been in Kitz area more than 20 times, summer and winter. Many guys from my group rented skis from your shop in the past. That’s why I decided to go your shop even Element 3 was just 300 meters away my hotel. Again, your employees are great. And the bicycles were in good shape. I decided to add one more star for these.
