D	Daniel Huter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach freundlicher Vermittlung der Räder und gutem ersten Eindruck waren Herr Pongratz und seine Tochter äußert UNFREUNDLICH und wollten uns für gut eine Stunde (da starker Regen kam) 90€ abnehmen :-( keine Kompromissbereitschaft, kein Angebot für den Folgetag, anstelle vernünftigem Gespräch wurde uns mit der Polizei gedroht, wenn wir nicht bezahlen!!! Also alle ACHTUNG! After a friendly mediation of the bikes and a good first impression, Mr. Pongratz and his daughter were extremely FRIENDLY and wanted to take 90 € from us for a good hour (because of heavy rain) :-( no willingness to compromise, no offer for the following day, instead of a reasonable conversation we were told threatened to the police if we don't pay !!! So all ATTENTION!

Letzen Endes fand das Verleihgeschäft dann nicht statt, weil ich ungeplant hatte. The shop is full of bikes in mint condition and makes a very good impression. The advice also appears competent and honest. Ultimately, the rental business did not take place because I had unplanned.
F	Ferdinand Schmoelzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir borgten 2 Mountainbikes aus. Kurz nach dem Start unserer Tour funktionierte bei einem der Räder die Hinterbremse nicht mehr. Wir entschieden uns die Tour trotzdem fertig zu fahren, da wir sehr weit vom Verleih entfernt waren, sodass eine sofortige Rückgabe/Austausch der Räder für uns sehr umständlich gewesen wäre. Bei der Rückgabe fragten wir nach einem Rabatt (da eine Mountainbike-Tour mit defekter Hinterbremse natürlich nicht besonders lustig ist). Der Herr beim Verleih ging überhaupt nicht auf unsere Forderung ein, war sehr unfreundlich und meinte, eigentlich müsse er zusätzlich Geld von uns für die Reparatur verlangen. Auch bei unserem zweiten Rad war die Federgabel nicht verstellbar. Also Fahrrad gut durchchecken bevor man startet und bei einem Defekt am Besten sofort anrufen und einen Ersatz/eine Reparatur an Ort und Stelle oder einen Rabatt einfordern. We borrowed 2 mountain bikes. Shortly after the start of our tour, the rear brake no longer worked on one of the bikes. We decided to finish the tour anyway, as we were very far from the rental, so an immediate return / exchange of the bikes would have been very cumbersome for us. When we returned we asked for a discount (since a mountain bike tour with a defective rear brake is of course not particularly fun). The gentleman at the rental company did not respond to our request at all, was very unfriendly and said that he should actually ask us for additional money for the repair. The suspension fork on our second bike was also not adjustable. So check your bike thoroughly before you start and, if it is defective, call immediately and request a replacement / repair on the spot or a discount.

Wir drehten um und es gab ohne Beschuldigungen ein anderes. Preis könnte niedriger sein. 50€ für 2 e-Bikes und 3h Ausfahrt ist nicht ohne Unfortunately only e-bikes available. Landlord very pleasant and solution-oriented. One of the e-bikes was defective. We turned around and there was another with no accusations. Price could be lower. € 50 for 2 e-bikes and a 3-hour ride is not without it
N	NoStefan40 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben die Stollenbike-Tour über Jochen Schweizer gebucht gehabt. An alle Fatbiker...der Anhänger ist für solche Räder nicht ausgelegt. Hat dann länger gedauert die Bikes irgendwie zu verzurren, damit sie transportiert werden können. Man fährt dann ca. 40 Minuten nach Slowenien zum Bergwerk. Dem Fahrer war das durch seine Fahrweise recht egal ob er die Räder verliert oder nicht. Erst nachdem wir ihn aufmerksam gemacht haben er solle mal stehen bleiben weil sich die Räder am Hänger schon recht stark bewegen, hat er angehalten und mal nachgezurrt. Die Tour (nur in Englisch!) selber war dann zwar geschichtlich interessant aber muss man nicht unbedingt mit dem Bike machen. Unbedingt aber eine leichte Jacke und lange Handschuhe mitnehmen, es war drinnen schon recht kalt (ca. 9 Grad!) Für die Rückfahrt mit dem Bike (optional, kann auch wieder mit dem Bus+Hänger gemacht werden) an den Klopeinersee wurde zwar ein local Guide mit einem E-Bike bereitgestellt, der ist aber nur über normale Straßen gefahren und wenn "Bio-Biker" dabei sind, ist das echt mühsam weil man dauernd warten muss. Wir haben uns dann verabschiedet und sind ohne Guide in unserem Tempo alleine gefahren (Handy sei Dank). Immerhin waren alle freundlich. :-) Booked the tunnel bike tour through Jochen Schweizer. To all fat bikers ... the trailer is not designed for such bikes. Then it took longer to somehow lash the bikes so that they can be transported. You then drive about 40 minutes to Slovenia to the mine. The driver didn't care if he lost his wheels or not because of his driving style. Only after we had made him aware that he should stop because the wheels on the trailer were moving quite a lot, did he stop and lash it. The tour (only in English!) Itself was historically interesting, but you don't necessarily have to do it by bike. However, it is essential to bring a light jacket and long gloves, it was already quite cold inside (approx. 9 degrees!) A local guide with an e-bike was provided for the return trip by bike (optional, can also be done again with the bus + trailer) to the Klopeinersee, but he only rode on normal roads and if "organic biker" are there, it is really tedious because you have to wait all the time. We then said goodbye and drove alone at our pace without a guide (thanks to our mobile phone). After all, everyone was friendly. :-)

Das Fahrrad - in meinem Fall ein klassisches Mountainbike - wurde abgeholt und nach der Reparatur wieder bis vor die Haustür gebracht, das ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich. Die Reparatur und das Service erfolgten rasch und die Preise sind jedenfalls angemessen. Ich kann Bike4You wirklich nur weiterempfehlen! Friendly and competent! The bike - in my case a classic mountain bike - was picked up and brought back to the front door after the repair, which is not a matter of course these days. The repair and service were quick and the prices are reasonable. I can really only recommend Bike4You!
