C	Curtis Rockwood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ eigentlich machen sie prima sachen, doch die arbeiten dauern immer viel zu lange, die kostenvoranschläge sind völlig umsonst denn die endrechnung ist immer viel höher. ich hab mir eine andere werkstatt gesucht werde dort nie wieder etwas machen lassen, auch wenn es die einzige werkstatt sein sollte. actually they do great things, but the work always takes too long, the cost estimates are completely free because the final bill is always much higher. I've looked for another workshop and I will never have anything done there again, even if it is the only one.

Es war ein langwieriges und auch aufwendiges Projekt - man hat am Anfang gewisse Vorstellungen - einige sind einfach, manche lassen sich nicht so einfach realisieren - wichtig ist, dass man hier gut beraten wird und das Gefühl hatte ich durch die langjährige Erfahrung von Vater und Sohn allemal. Das Ergebnis ist Spitze geworden - ein Eyecatcher und absolut geil zu fahren. Vielen, vielen Dank Have my VS1400 converted at BCB. It was a lengthy and complex project - you have some ideas at the beginning - some are simple, some are not so easy to realize - it is important that you are well advised here and I had the feeling through the many years of experience of father and son all. The result has become top - an eyecatcher and absolutely cool to drive. Thanks alot

Ich freue mich das es noch so Kompetentes Fachpersonal wie die Mechaniker von Schürer gibt! Auch für Fragen stehen der Chef und seine Mechaniker gerne mit äußerster Freundlichkeit gegenüber! Ich weiß jetzt wo ich mein Bike Überprüfen lassen kann und mit Sicherheit alles Paßt! LG heli My Goldwing got up and running again in no time at Bike & Car Boutique! V	Vanessa Meyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe meine Aprilia sx50 zum Pickerl machen hingestellt. Es war noch zu überprüfen ob ein paar Teile ausgetauscht werden sollen (Ritzel, Krantzel, Hinterrad, Kette,...) . Wir wollten einen Kostenvoranschlag, um zu Entscheiden ob wir die Reparatur machen lassen. Wir bekamen einen Anruf wo genau gesagt wurde wieviel es kosten wird. Den Deal konnten wir nicht mehr abbrechen da sie schon mein Moped bereits zerlegt und die Teile bestellt haben. Im Endeffekt gab es eine sehr hohe Rechnung für eine gut erfüllte Leistung, die wir jedoch nicht in Auftrag gegeben hätten wenn wir den gewünschten Kostenvoranschlag erhalten hätten. Auch wenn Herr Schürer meint er hätte alles richtig gemacht, finden meine Eltern und ich dieses Verhalten aber nicht ok. I put my Aprilia sx50 to the pickerl. It was still to be checked if a few parts should be replaced (pinion, Krantzel, rear wheel, chain, ...). We wanted a quote to decide if we would do the repair. We got a call where exactly how much it will cost. We could not stop the deal because they already disassembled my moped and ordered the parts. In the end, there was a very high bill for a well-performed service, which we would not have commissioned if we had received the estimate we wanted. Even if Mr. Schürer says he did everything right, my parents and I do not find this behavior ok.

Leider ist man als kleine Firma immer von Zulieferfirmen abhängig und wenn da was schief geht bekommen es immer die letzten zu spüren. Ich persönlich hab mein Bike dort umbauen lassen und bin sehr zufrieden. Bei Problemen wurde mir und hoffentlich wird mir auch weiterhin geholfen. Unfortunately, as a small company you are always dependent on suppliers and if something goes wrong there will always be the last ones. Der Auftrag wurde schriftlich bestätigt. Alles andere nach kann man erst berichten wenn der Auftrag erledigt ist. The first impression was very good. It was my first time there. The workshop is super clean. The boss was very friendly. The order was confirmed in writing. Everything else can only be reported when the job is done.
M	Manuela Steiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann bis jetzt nichts schlechtes über diese Firma berichten. Habe mein Moped umbauen lassen. Es wurde alles immer vorher ausführlich besprochen. Meistens telefonisch, da ich nicht in Salzburg wohne. Ich wurde auch immer informiert wenn es vielleicht nötig wäre,diesen einen oder anderen teil auch gleich zu verändern,oder gegen einen hochwertigen teil zu ersetzen. Klar kann das auch einmal mehr oder weniger auf die Börse drücken. Bin auch einige Male vor Ort gewesen um die Teile live zu. Um das jeweilige teil anzupassen. Es wurde auch nichts ohne meinem Einverständnis verbaut. Aber das muss jeder selbst entscheiden was er will. Ich kann nichts schlechtes sagen über die Mechaniker und den Chef.... am besten selber ein bild machen darüber,und genauestens sagen was man genau möchte,damit es danach keine Unstimmigkeitengibt!...in diesen Sinne....lg Can't say anything bad about this company so far.
