A	Astrid Zopp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr leckerer Käse, besonders der Aggensteiner und der 6 Monate alte Bergkäse. Und dank des Onlineshops kann man sich alles nach Hause schicken lassen. Prima, dass auch immer etliche Bogen Käsepapier beigelegt sind. Darin hält sich das angeschnittene Käsestück wesentlich besser als in Plastikfolie. Very tasty cheese, especially the Aggensteiner and the 6 month old mountain cheese. And thanks to the online shop, you can have everything sent to your home. It's great that several sheets of cheese paper are always enclosed. The cut piece of cheese holds up much better in it than in plastic wrap.
F	Frank Mayer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin viel im Allgäu und schon viel Käse überall gekauft, aber hier der schmeckt (uns) überhaupt nicht. Bedienungen recht unfreundlich und nicht unbedingt motiviert. Aber da es genug Käsereien gibt muss man hier auch nicht hin. Das ist aber meine subjektive Meinung und hat nicht unbedingt Allgemeingültigkeit. I'm in the Allgäu a lot and I've bought a lot of cheese everywhere, but it doesn't taste good (to us) at all. Service quite unfriendly and not necessarily motivated. But since there are enough cheese dairies you don't have to go here. But that is my subjective opinion and does not necessarily have general validity.
M	MiyaMieze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich denke es wird Zeit meine uralte Bewertung hier mal anzupassen. :-) Es erschreckt mich doch ein bisschen hier zu lesen und auch wenn ich selbst Urlaub mache zu sehen, wie viele Einheimische lieber zum günstigen Konkurrenzprodukt aus Massenfertigung (Nestle und co...) greifen. Für mich unbegreiflich, wie man sich das nur wegen ein paar Euros entgehen lassen kann. Geschmacklich im Vergleich zu Konkurrenzprodukten aus der Massenfertigung ein HIMMELWEITER Unterschied. Die frische Heumilch, die in den Produkten ausgeschrieben wird, schmeckt man deutlich. Zumindest, wenn man sich seine Geschmacksnerven nicht total zerstört hat vor lauter Chemie in Lebensmitteln. Zur Personalfreundlichkeit, kann ich leider natürlich nichts sagen. Ich war schon länger nicht mehr dort, habe aber jetzt 2 mal in kurzen Abständen den Online Shop genutzt. Da ich Bekannte und Kollegen probieren lassen hab, wurde die zweite auch eine recht große Sammelbestellung :-). Ich kann jedem Touristen, sowie unbedingt auch Einheimischen diese Käserei nur wärmstens empfehlen. Qualität, die man absolut schmecken kann!!! Ich freue mich schon darauf, wenn ich selbst noch einmal vor Ort sein kann und den gesamten Vanille Joghurt Vorrat plündern kann. Es ist wirklich schade, dass er nicht auch im Onlineshop verfügbar ist. LG und Danke :-) PS: Über das kleine Goodie in Form der Tasche habe ich mich sehr gefreut. :-) I think it's time to adjust my age-old rating here. :-) It scares me to read a little here and even when I'm on vacation to see how many locals prefer to use the cheap competitor product from mass production (Nestle and co ...). For me it is incomprehensible how you can miss it for just a few euros. In terms of taste, compared to competing products from mass production, a HEAVENLY DIFFERENCE. You can clearly taste the fresh hay milk that is written out in the products. At least if you haven't totally destroyed your taste buds because of the chemicals in food. Regarding the staff friendliness, of course, I can't say anything. I haven't been there for a long time, but have now used the online shop twice at short intervals. Since I let friends and colleagues try it, the second one was also a very large bulk order :-). I can only warmly recommend this cheese dairy to every tourist and also to locals. Quality that you can absolutely taste !!! I'm looking forward to being there again myself and looting the entire vanilla yogurt supply. Neben den Milch- und Käseprodukten bekommt man hier auch Tiroler Speck und jede Menge Weine und Schnäpse. Tolle Mitbringsel warten hier auf den Urlauber. Der Geheimtipp ist die rahmige Bergmilch, eisgekühlt eine Delikatesse. Ich komme immer sehr gerne wieder. Hello. A must for the spoiled palate is Haldensee Biedermanns Bergkäserei. Their products are fresh, regional and distinctive. In addition to the milk and cheese products, you can also get Tyrolean bacon and lots of wine and schnapps. Great souvenirs are waiting for the holidaymaker here. The insider tip is the creamy mountain milk, ice-cold a delicacy. I always love to come back.

Leider vermisse ich den tollen Rahmtilsiter im Angebot. Warum eigentlich? Discovered on the last vacation. A very good cheese factory. Ordered from the shop recently and was served to our complete satisfaction! Unfortunately I miss the great cream tilsiter on offer. Why actually?
