Die Landjäger entsprechen jedoch nicht meinem Geschmack, sehr fettig nach dem Auspacken.
 Very nice service, cheese is delicious!
However, the Landjäger does not suit my taste, very greasy after unpacking.

Die Lieferung von Schoppernau nach Irland hat wunderbar geklappt, der Käse war gut verpackt mit Kühlelementen und Isoliermaterial und hat die Reise unbeschadet überstanden. Ich kann die Bergkäserei Schoppernau sehr empfehlen!
Great service, friendly staff, delicious cheese!
The delivery from Schoppernau to Ireland went wonderfully, the cheese was well packaged with cooling elements and insulating material and survived the trip undamaged. I can highly recommend the mountain cheese dairy Schoppernau!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so naive about the production process but now I have seen the light. Was a great little run down of the local farming industry. Learned alot. Certainly worth checking out for 30mins to find out about the products that we take for granted on our supermarket shelves. It is all in german though fyi.
