★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trainer/innen im großen und ganzen total in Ordnung, es gibt leider überall Ausnahmen! Berufsbildung, Lehrausbildung und viele Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten. Die Trainer sind meist wirklich unterstützend und helfen bei Ausbildung und Jobsuche. Natürlich wird auch Eigeninitiative gefragt, die Personen die hier arbeiten können auch keine Wunder wirken! Das Angebot ist riesig, die Auswahl wenn man wirklich etwas will ist groß. Leider in den Kursen meist Unterbeschäftigung. Zum Gebäude selbst: große helle Räume, eigener Raucherbereich. Kaffee-, Getränke- und Snacksutomat vorhanden. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Wasserspender mit und ohne Kohlensäure. Täglich gibt es einen Jausendienst das man Brötchen kaufen kann. Pausenzeiten sind ganz in Ordnung.
Trainers on the whole totally fine, unfortunately there are exceptions everywhere! Vocational training, apprenticeship training and many further training opportunities. The trainers are usually really supportive and help with training and job hunting. Of course, initiative is also asked, the people who can work here don't work miracles either! The offer is huge, the selection if you really want something is large. Unfortunately, mostly underemployment in the courses. To the building itself: large, bright rooms, separate smoking area. Coffee, beverage and snack machine available. There is a free carbonated and non-carbonated water dispenser. There is a snack service every day that you can buy rolls. Break times are fine.
