Filme - Naschzeug - Getränke und ein paar nette Leute und ein toller Abend ist gerettet. Great personable people in the shop. You should borrow films much more often. Has something nice anachronistic about it. Movies - sweets - drinks and a few nice people and a great evening is saved.
c	claudia steinwidder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit 15 Jahren Kunden und sicher schon 100derte von DVDs ausgeliehen (mal mehr mal weniger zerkrazte , aber abspielen gingen sie immer!) - Nach einer Pause (da es ja online auch so viele Möglichkeiten gibt zu kaufen) jetzt wieder auf den Geschmack gekommen unsere Betreiber in der Region zu unterstützen , jedoch mit bitteren Nachgeschmack. Die 1 Dvd, diese wir mit einem tiefen Riss bekommen haben sodass sie nicht abspielbar war. Reklamation -Fehlanzeige, wurden hingewiesen das wir die 1. sind diesen Film ausgeliehen zu haben und den Schaden zu tragen haben. Sehr ärgerlich, wenn man bedenkt das wir den Film nicht zu sehen bekommen haben und dann keine kulante Lösung gefunden wurde, zumal man wegen ein paar Euro nicht streiten geht. Geht da eher um Kundenfreundlichkeit und Service. Werden wieder auf die Online-Dienste zurück greifen. Schade, aber nach dem Vorfall kann ich das niemanden mehr empfehlen. Customers have been customers for 15 years and have already borrowed hundreds of DVDs (sometimes more sometimes less scratched, but they always played!) - After a break (since there are so many opportunities to buy online), our operators got a taste for it again support in the region, but with a bitter aftertaste. The 1 DVD that we received with a deep crack so it couldn't be played. Complaint - false report, it was pointed out that we are the 1st to have borrowed this film and to bear the damage. Very annoying when you consider that we didn't get to see the film and then no fair solution was found, especially since you don't go arguing about a few euros. It's more about customer friendliness and service. Will use the online services again. It's a shame, but I can't recommend this to anyone after the incident.
