S	Sandra Eckerl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe Personalausweis und Pass machen lassen und bin an eine Dame geraten die anscheinend glaubt die einzige zu sein die arbeitet und im Augen rollen war sie Weltmeister. Sehr unhöflich denn ich bin auch berufstätig und kein Bittsteller. Ich hab überlegt was zu sagen dachte mir aber ich schlage sie mit Freundlichkeit denn man muss sich nicht auf jedes Niveau begeben. Hab ihr schönen Feierabend gewünscht und bin gegangen I had ID and passport made and came across a lady who apparently believes she is the only one who works and she was world champion. Very rude because I am also employed and not a supplicant. I thought about what to say but thought to myself I suggest you with kindness because you don't have to go to every level. I wished her a nice end of the day and left
M	Manfred Niedermann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frühen Termin für neuen Reisepass bekommen. Würde telefonisch kontaktiert Dame sehr freundlich. Alle Infos folgten per Mail. Zeitlich gestaffelter Einlass. Sicherheitskontrolle genau aber sehr nett. Elektronisches Leitsystem passt auch. Pünktlich zum Termin dran gekommen. Sehr nette Sachbearbeiterin. In 10 Minuten war alles erledigt. 5 Sterne verdient! Get an early appointment for a new passport. Would phone lady very friendly. All information followed by email. Admission staggered in time. Security check exactly but very nice. Electronic control system also fits. Arrived on time for the appointment. Very nice clerk. Everything was done in 10 minutes. Deserved 5 stars!

Ich möchte mich bei Frau Hummel und weiteren Kollegen/innen Herzlich für die Freundliche Beratung und die vielen Fragen die ich Beantwortet bekommen habe bedanken--------obwohl im Moment alle schon sehr unter stress stehen habe ich mich gut Betreut gefühlt. Weiter so und hoffentlich auf etwas entspanntere Zeiten!!!!!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!! I would like to thank Ms. Hummel and other colleagues for the friendly advice and the many questions I got answered -------- although everyone is under a lot of stress at the moment, I felt well looked after. Keep it up and hopefully for a little more relaxed times!!!!!!!!

Nebenan auf der Abteilung für "Lenkberechtigungen / Entzug" eine äußerst unfreundliche Person mit absolut unangebrachtem Verhalten gegenüber den Kunden :-( Schade In the department for custom license plates, very competent and friendly support without waiting time .... perfect. Next door in the department for "Driving Permissions / Withdrawal" an extremely unfriendly person with absolutely inappropriate behavior towards customers :-( Pity
v	valdrin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hier ist es wie beim Lottospielen: manchmal trifft man auf sehr nette und kompetente Mitarbeiter:innen und manchmal auf das Gegenteil davon! So oder so hat man keine andere Wahl und muss damit leben. Nichtsdestotrotz bleibt es für mich ein Rätsel, warum können Menschen nicht einfach freundlich dem anderen gegenüber vortreten, wenn man denen auch mit Höflichkeit entgegenkommt? Allgemein, nicht auf diese Institution bezogen die Frage! it's like playing the lottery here: sometimes you meet very nice and competent employees and sometimes the opposite! Either way, you have no choice and have to live with it. Nonetheless, it remains a mystery to me, why can't people just come forward in a friendly manner towards others when they are also being treated with courtesy? In general, the question is not related to this institution!
