got the requested information. unfortunately the lady looked in a bad mood. normal farewell greetings were completely missing. the handset is simply hung up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiter sind eigentlich meistens freundlich und versuchen einem zu helfen. Den Infodesk selbst finde ich dezent sinnlos, vor allem sind öfters mehrere Personen dort.
The coworkers are actually mostly friendly and try to help you. The Infodesk itself I find discreetly pointless, above all, several people are often there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Erfahrung war echt schreckhaft,ich brauch seit Corona Unterstützung,wo mir gesagt wurde ich solle mail schreiben ok mach ich,doch Fr. Böhm meine anscheindet Beraterin mein ganz frech und mit sehr lauter Stimme am Telefon ich soll diäoch lieber anrufen und nicht immer schreiben mhmm sry aber diese Fr Böhm geht gar nicht,so am telefon mit mir zu schreien weil ich was missverstanden habe ist echt unter aller sau,darauf hin hab ich aufgelegt. Hoffe das der guten Frau mal die Meinung gesagt wird denn ich suchte es mir nicht aus mal von Amt abhängig zu sein!
My experience was really shocking, I need support since Corona, where I was told to write an email, I'll do it, but Ms. Böhm, my advisor, my very cheeky and with a very loud voice on the phone, I should rather call and not always write mhmm sry but this Fr Böhm doesn't work at all, screaming with me on the phone because I misunderstood something is really bad, so I hung up. I hope that the good woman will be told the opinion because I did not seek to be dependent on office!
