Bei der Abteilung Jagt und Fischerei das selbe. Everything is coordinated in the new BH building. The friendly security person asks clear questions and gives competent answers and helps you. Same with the hunting and fishing department.

K	Karin Rosendorfer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich und inkompetent! Ich beantrage einen Personalausweis und die Dame sagt ich wäre gar nicht in KB gemeldet, schickt mich aufs Meldeamt. Natürlich bin ich in KB gemeldet, sie hatte nicht mal die richtige Maske an ihrem PC aufgemacht und meine vorherige Meldeadresse nachgeschaut. Auch der junge Mann am Empfang ist unfreundlich (Jobverfehlung?) Ist das echt notwendig von „unserem“ Bürgerservice??? Rude and incompetent! I apply for an identity card and the lady says I was not registered in KB at all, sends me to the registration office. Of course I was registered in KB, she hadn't even opened the correct mask on her PC and looked up my previous registration address. Even the young man at the front desk is unfriendly (missed a job?) Is that really necessary from "our" citizen service ???

Würde monatlich eine Menge an Steuergeldern sparen und der Informationsfluss wäre mindestens der gleiche.Selten sowas Inkompetentes und Unfreundliches gesehen, wie diesen "Herrn". Employees at the reception should urgently be replaced by a machine. Would save a lot of taxpayers' money every month and the flow of information would be at least the same. Der Sicherheitsbeauftragte, oder soll ich sagen, Türsteher bemüht sich nicht um Höflichkeit, was wohl dem Andrang geschuldet ist. Bei Anruf wird man von einer junge Stimme vermittelt, die kaum wissen will, was man eigentlich braucht. Dann ist es auch kein Wunder, dass man (nach minutemlangen in der Schleife warten) draufkommt, der Anruf war umsonst. Es wäre gar nicht schlecht, schon die Vermittlung zu schulen! Z. B. mit der Information, dass auf der BH K E I N E elektronischenHandysignaturen mehr gemacht werden! Die Corona-Beauftragten sind sehr freundlich, aber leider auch nicht übermäßig kompetent. Am Ende habe ich es bei der ÖGK versucht. (Aber nicht auf Anraten der BH-Mitarbeiter.) Dort habe ich überraschenderweise alles problemlos bekommen. (Genesungszertifikat und Handysignatur!!!) In the end I tried the ÖGK. (But not on the advice of the BH staff.) Surprisingly, I got everything there without any problems. (Certificate of recovery and mobile phone signature!!!)
R	Renate Gasser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte durch Corona mit verschiedenen Mitarbeitern vom Gesundheitsamt telefonischen Kontakt. Ich kann zu keinem einzigen Telefonat etwas negatives sagen. Ganz im Gegenteil. Sehr höflich und freundlich. Fragen konnten prompt geklärt werden . I was in telephone contact with various employees from the health department due to Corona. I can't say anything negative about a single phone call. But on the contrary. Very polite and friendly. Questions could be answered promptly.
V	Veronika Wieland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeitern der Führerscheinstelle, Frau Seewald sticht durch ihre sehr freundliche, unkomplizierte und entgegenkommende Art sehr heraus! Dankeschön!!! Der Herr am Empfang sollte, bevor er für solche Dienste eingesetzt wird eine Schulung erhalten, welche einen erfolgreichen Abschluss im respektvollen, freundlichen und angemessenen Umgang mit Bürgern voraussetzt. Ansonsten sollte dieser Herr lieber nicht im Umgang mit Menschen eingesetzt werden. Absolut nicht geeignet . The staff at the driver's license office, Ms. Seewald, stands out with her very friendly, uncomplicated and accommodating manner! Thank you very much!!! The receptionist should receive training prior to being employed for such services, which requires successful completion of dealing with citizens in a respectful, friendly and appropriate manner. Otherwise, this gentleman should rather not be used in dealing with people. Absolutely not suitable.
