Und mir bleibt unverständlich, weshalb die Influenza/Grippeimpfung nicht auch in den Impfpass eingetragen wird, obwohl es dafür eine eigene Spalte gibt I have had a number of vaccinations there. Unfortunately there is only a limited offer there. And it remains incomprehensible to me why the influenza / flu vaccination is not entered in the vaccination record, although there is a separate column for it
M	Mike Swinxx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das man von Mitarbeitern eines Gesundheitsamtes - eines Amtes welches eigentlich etwas gutes symbolisiert, nämlich Hilfe und Unterstützung für kranke, in meinem Fall unter einer schweren chronischen Krankheit leidenden, Menschen - so dermaßen herablassend, frech und buchstäblich diskreditierend behandelt wird, ist meiner Meinung nach nicht nur ein Widerspruch in sich selbst, sondern vielmehr ein absolut inakzeptabler Missstand in diesem Bereich der sozialen (!) Gesellschaft! Wenn man von den Patienten so (sichtlich) genervt und, wie bereits ab dem ersten Blickkontakt ganz deutlich erkennbar, regelrecht angewidert ist, hat man an dieser Stelle schlicht und einfach nichts verloren! Schade das in diesem Fall die "Kunden" auf den "Dienst" angewiesen sind und nicht wie im Normalfall der Dienstleister auf den Kunden - so kann man die Kunden einfach behandeln wie man will und es gibt dennoch keine Gefahr einen Kunden zu verlieren... Um aber Fair zu sein, möchte ich auch dazusagen, dass, wenn auch viele, nicht alle dort so sind. Es gibt auch wirklich freundliche und sehr verständnisvolle Mitarbeiter auf diesem Gesundheitsamt! That one is treated so condescendingly, cheekily and literally discrediting by employees of a health department - an office which actually symbolizes something good, namely help and support for sick people, in my case suffering from a serious chronic illness - is not in my opinion only a contradiction in terms, but rather an absolutely unacceptable grievance in this area of social (!) society! If you are so (visibly) annoyed by the patient and, as can be clearly seen from the first eye contact, downright disgusted, you simply have no business at this point! It's a shame that in this case the "customers" are dependent on the "service" and not, as in the normal case, the service provider on the customer - so you can just treat the customers as you want and there is still no risk of losing a customer ... But to be fair, I would also like to add that, although many, not all are like that there. There are also really friendly and very understanding employees at this health department!
M	Mela Kad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man wird von allen extrem unhöflich behandelt bis auf eine bestimmte Sekretärin!!! Da umgebaut wurde weiß man nie ob man das Rezept gleich vidiert am selben Tag mitnehmen kann. Wenn man anruft wird einem auch kaum Information gegeben und die Amtsärztin ist seit der Renovierung kaum im Haus. Alles in allem sehr traurig zu sehen wie Suchtkranke Menschen immer so behandelt werden als wären sie der Abschaum der Gesellschaft und das in einer Zeit wo es nicht mehr so sein sollte!!!! Everyone treated you extremely rude except for a certain secretary! Since it was rebuilt, you never know whether you can vidate the recipe and take it with you on the same day. When you call you are given hardly any information and the medical officer has hardly been in the house since the renovation. All in all, very sad to see how addicts are always treated as if they were the dregs of society and that in a time when it should no longer be that way !!!!
N	Natalia Kil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut unfähige Behörde, haben noch immer keinen Absonderungsbescheid nach 1 Woche !!!!(Quarantäne ca 10 Tage????) Wie soll ich das meine Arbeitgeber erklären, es hebt KEINER ab, stundenlange Warteschleifen. Eigentlich sollte man hier alles abreisen, jeden kündigen und alles von neu aufziehen. Ich bin sprachlos. Absolutely incompetent authority, they still don't have a separation notice after 1 week !!!! (quarantine about 10 days ????) How should I explain this to my employers, NO ONE takes off, waiting loops for hours. Actually, you should leave everything here, give notice to everyone and start everything all over again. I'm speechless.

Mitarbeiter welche einen bezüglich Dokumenten die im Verzug stehen anlügen und dann auch noch ganz entspannt sagen "das es halt so ist". And something like that scolds the authorities ... Employees who lie to you about documents that are in arrears and then also relax and say "that's just the way it is".
J	Josef Kovacs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte gerade Anrufen???? Kein Bild kein Ton??? Ich sehe gerade die "wann jemand da sein sollte" wenn man bedenkt wir sind in einer Pandemie!!!! Und die zuständige Behörde ist nur einige Stunden in der Woche zu erreichen???? Den Job hätte ich auch gerne... Das versteht kein Mensch und das mitten in Europa..... 25.03.22 .so seit damals sind einige Monate vergangen und wir haben schon den 3 Gesundheitsminister!!! Das sagt alles und der neue hat auch absolut keine Ahnung!!!! I just wanted to call???? No picture no sound??? I'm just seeing the "when someone should be there" considering we're in a pandemic!!!! And the competent authority can only be reached a few hours a week???? I would also like to have the job... No one understands that and that in the middle of Europe..... 03/25/22 .so since then a few months have passed and we already have the 3rd health minister!!! That says it all and the new one has absolutely no idea!!!!

Wofür sie bezahlt werden und was sie überhaupt tun, keine Ahnung. Aber ich habe noch nie so eine Unhöflichkeit gehört. Extremely unfriendly workers, with no information and help. For 19 district where I called. Zero!! No comments!! What they get paid for and what they do anyway, I have no idea. But I've never heard such rudeness.

Meinte noch ich solle mich nicht aufregen, obwohl die Behörde einfach nur zum Kotzen ist, war auch nciht mein erster oder zweiter Kontaktversuch... Keiner hebt den Hörer ab, Emails bleiben unbeantwortet. Arbeitet ihr überhaupt? oder werdet ihr von meinem Steurergeld einfach bezahlt ohne zu Arbeiten? Dann hieß es ich sei nicht bei denen gemeldet XD Draufhin prompt ne Beschwerde bei der Volksanwaltschaft eingereicht und Beschwerden beim Bürgermeisteramt Ludwig und Büro vom Gesundheitsstadtrat Peter Hacker eingereicht. Die Dame am Telefon kann froh sein, dass Sie mir ihren Namen nicht genannt hat, welchen ich auf Anfrage aus dem Büro von Peter Hacker hätte durchreichen sollen für eine Rüge. Kann sich glücklich schätzen kein Disziplinarverfahren zu kriegen. Könnts froh sein, dass ihr für eure schrottige Nichtverrichtung der euch aufgetragenen Arbeiten überhaupt bezahlt werdet. The lady on the phone can be glad that she didn't give me her name, which I should have passed on to Peter Hacker's office for a reprimand. Count yourself lucky not to get a disciplinary action.
