Stotternde Dame am tel, die man kaum versteht, erst beim Nachbohren bekommt man die Info die man will, aber meistens sind alle im Krankenstand,die zuständig sein. Echt peinlich und eine Schande. completely unfriendly, as if nobody was responsible, and the kind of "what you actually want". Stuttering lady on the phone that you can barely understand, you only get the information you want when you re-drill, but mostly everyone who is responsible is on sick leave. Really embarrassing and a shame.

Meinen vollen Namen hat er auch gehört, sehr fragwürdiges Setting für Opfer. Richterin und Anwälte aber kompetent. Witness in the main trial for an attack on the street by a man. He was sitting next to me in the trial, without protection or security. He also heard my full name, very questionable setting for victims. Judge and lawyers but competent.

Wenn man an einer Tür klopft wird man nicht herein gebeten. Ich bin wirklich schockiert. Incredibly rude people. Nobody can and wants to help you, greetings is a foreign word anyway. Responses are rude and condescending. If you knock on a door you will not be invited in. I'm really shocked.
