B	Be a good Human on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sind die Mitarbeiter bei telefonischen Auskünften sehr unfreundlich und man wird sehr niveaulos behandelt, wenn man höflich um neutrale Auskunft bittet. Wenn man persönlich vorspricht ist der Umgang auch nicht viel besser, ganz im Gegenteil. Man wird von gewisse Richter angeschrien und minder behandelt, Neutralität ist ein Fremdwort in diesem Gericht. Man verliert den Glauben an die Justiz, wenn man dort vorsprechen muss. Primitive Umgangsform und kein einziger Stern wert. Unfortunately, the employees are very unfriendly when it comes to telephone information and you are treated very negligently if you politely ask for neutral information. G	G H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Betreffend Familienrecht kann ich den anderen Rezensionen recht geben - Schriftsätze / Akte werden offenbar nicht vollständig gelesen, so dass man dann vor Ort teilweise für blöd verkauft / belehrt wird. Verhandlungen sind für den Hugo, offenbar stehen Beschlüsse eh schon fest, und wenn man in diesem Sinne keine "Einigung" eingeht, kommt halt der Beschluss. Hier wird mehr mit Druck und Drohung gearbeitet als mit Motivation und Appell an gute Lösungen. Unsachliche SV-GA. Regarding family law, I can agree with the other reviews - pleadings / files are apparently not read in full, so that one is sometimes sold / taught for stupid on site. Negotiations are for Hugo, decisions have obviously already been made, and if you don't come to an "agreement" in this sense, the decision will come.
