Als es dann Stunden später wieder aufgetaucht ist war kein LKW mehr zur Verfügung um die Lieferung doch noch durch zu führen. Mitarbeiter ( in Wien) wirkten planlos. Andere Standort waren zwar hilfsbereit aber konnten auf die Distanz nichts bewirken. Our package was lost and could not be found on the delivery date for the time being (Friday). When it reappeared hours later, there was no truck available to carry the delivery through. Employees (in Vienna) seemed haphazard. Other locations were helpful but could not do anything for the distance.

Erwarte eine Lieferung eines Rasentraktors aus Italien, die Sendenummer zeigt immer das gleiche an. Unmöglich!!! Eine Rückfrage über den Kontakt keine Antwort. Was forced to do so by an Austrian company with this transport company. Expect a delivery of a lawn tractor from Italy, the sending number always shows the same. Impossible!!! A query about the contact no answer.

Es würde falsch weiterverbunden gar nicht Verbunden 2mal wurde auf gelegt. Beim letzten Versuch meldete sich jemand halbwegs kompetenter der mir sagte das die Fahrräder am falschen Ort standen und überhaupt nicht ausgeliefert wurden. Offenbar war es nicht möglich mich davon zu verständigen,man fragte ob es am Montag ginge, jetzt heißt es hoffen ... As has often been described, highly unprofessional e faulty performance. C	Christina Rupert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe eine Sendung mit Pflanzen erwartet. Der Fahrer rief an und wollte, dass ich mir die Sendung von seinem Parkplatz selbst abhole und in meine Wohnung bringe. Habe ihn darauf hingewiesen, dass es eine für LKW befahrbare Garage und Lifte gibt, sodass die Sendung an die angegebene Lieferadresse geliefert werden könne. Er sagte, nein, er bringt das ganz sicher nicht zu mir! Leider kann man nicht weniger als 1 Stern zur Bewertung geben - ich empfehle dieses Unternehmen keinesfalls! Habe die Versenderfirma ebenfalls informiert und die Ware geht nun zurück! Und es bleibt eine verärgerte Kundin, die sicher dort auch nicht mehr bestellen wird I was expecting a shipment of plants. The driver called and wanted me to pick up the shipment from his parking lot and take it to my apartment. Did he point out that there is a garage and lifts that can be driven by trucks so that the shipment can be delivered to the specified delivery address. He said no, he definitely won't bring it to me! Unfortunately, you can not give less than 1 star to the rating - I do not recommend this company! Have also informed the shipping company and the goods are now returning! And it remains an angry customer who will no longer order there either

Zuerst wurden Pakete vertauscht; nachdem ich den Fehler der falschen Auslieferung merkte konnte ich mit 5 Bexcity Mitarbietern telefonieren bevor ich selbst das falsche Paket selbst zum LKW auf die Strasse schleppen durfte. Mein e-bike finden sie im eigenen Logistikzentrum seit einer Woche nicht und ich warte noch immer... My delivery (e-bike) has been in your logistics center for over a week. First, packets were swapped; after I noticed the mistake of the wrong delivery I was able to call 5 Bexcity employees before I was allowed to drag the wrong package to the truck on the street myself. You haven't found my e-bike in my own logistics center for a week and I'm still waiting ...

Hornbach brauchte ewig bis nach Wien (wofür diese Spedition aber nichts kann). Ich bat darum, meine Ware bis 12h zu liefern, da schon überfällig und superdringend. Wurde versprochen und eingehalten. Sowohl die Dame am Telefon als auch der Fahrer waren sehr freundlich und kompetent. Contrary to the reviews I read here, I am very satisfied. Order from Hornbach took forever to get to Vienna (but this forwarding company cannot do anything for that). I asked for my goods to be delivered by 12 noon, as they were already overdue and extremely urgent. Was promised and kept. Both the lady on the phone and the driver were very friendly and knowledgeable.
V	Valentin Eibisberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Firma wo wir unseren neuen Heizkessel kauften und die Frachtgebühren bezahlten ließ ihn mit dieser Spedition liefern. Um auf unsere örtlichen Gegebenheiten (steile und enge Zufahrt)hinzuweisen rief ich dort an und besprach alles mit einem Disponenten und bekam die Zusicherung der Lieferung für heute und kein Wort von Mehrkosten. Als der Fahrer anrief wusste er von nichts und konnte den Heizkessel auch nicht ausladen. Danach meldete sich ein Disponentin und erklärte mir dass wir nochmals €80.- bezahlen müssen und niemand die Lieferung zugesichert hätte. Nach 5 Stunden telefonieren und streiten, und weil wir den Heizkessel benötigten, bezahlten wir die €80.- zusätzlich. Eine seriöse Spedition sieht anders aus. Ein Stern weil nicht weniger geht. Hoffe niemals wieder mit dieser Spedition zu tun zu haben!!! Letztklassig !!!!!!! The company where we bought our new boiler and paid the freight charges had it delivered with this trucking company. To point out our local conditions (steep and narrow driveway), I called there and discussed everything with a dispatcher and got the assurance of delivery for today and not a word about additional costs. When the driver called, he didn't know anything and couldn't unload the boiler. Then a dispatcher got in touch and explained to me that we had to pay another €80 and that nobody had guaranteed delivery. After 5 hours of phoning and arguing, and because we needed the boiler, we paid the €80 extra. A reputable forwarding agency looks different. One star because you can't go any lower. I hope never to deal with this shipping company again! Top notch !!!!!!!
