Nun wollte ich vor der Bestellung logischerweise gerne wissen welche Größe ich kaufen soll. Man wollte mir diese Information hier nicht verraten. Ich solle dazu zur Beratung 300 km nach Linz fahren - per Telefon oder Email gibt es keine Infos. Aha. Bei den Spritpreisen sollen wir 300 km fahren, nur damit man uns verrät welche Größe wir kaufen sollen. Das ist mal ökonomisch. Auf Willhaben steht man versendet hier überallhin. Auf Nachfrage hin wurde mir gesagt, dass nach Deutschland eh nicht versendet wird, weil zu teuer. 25 Euro Versand vs. 60 Euro Spritkosten. Dachte echt ich höre nicht recht. Jetzt wird es halt leider ein Board von einer anderen Marke und aus einem anderen Store. Nachtrag zum Comment: Wir haben vor 20 Minuten telefoniert. So lange ist das nun nicht her… Incredibly unfriendly. We had been looking for a tiny Burton Chopper for our son for a long time and finally found it on Betaboards. Now, before ordering, I wanted to know what size I should buy. They didn't want to give me this information here. I was supposed to drive 300 km to Linz for a consultation - there was no information by phone or email. Aha. With the fuel prices we are supposed to drive 300 km just to be told which size we should buy. That's economical. They ship everywhere here on will. When I asked, I was told that they would not ship to Germany anyway because it was too expensive. 25 euros shipping vs. 60 euros fuel costs. I really thought I didn't hear right. Unfortunately, now it's going to be a board from a different brand and from a different store. Addendum to the comment: We spoke on the phone 20 minutes ago. It's not that long ago now...

Peter, wir als Familie wollten uns nochmals für den unglaublichen Service das hohe Engagement und das ultimative know how bedanken. Mein kleiner Zwerg freut sich riesig, auch wenn sie ihr "altes" board (Geburtstagsgeschenk) wieder hergeben musste, ist sie mit dem neuen jetzt schon überglücklich. (Und ja man wächst eben noch als Kind) Für deine Bemühungen und den absolut perfekten Service gebühren dir eigentlich 10 Sterne. Wir werden uns auch in Zukunft wieder sehen. My little dwarf is very happy, even if she had to give back her "old" board (birthday present), she is already overjoyed with the new one. Hier wird mit Herz und Seele nach DEINEM perfekten Equipment gesucht ! Mich hat noch nie jemand so kompetent und ausführlich bei einem Snowboard Kauf beraten, wie Peter. Die negativen Kommentare hier, kann ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Vielleicht sollte man den Fachmann, der wirklich Ahnung hat was er da tut, einfach machen lassen ? You are not only in the right place from a professional point of view, but also from a human point of view, this shop is a dream! Here we are looking for YOUR perfect equipment with heart and soul! Nobody has ever advised me as competently and comprehensively on buying a snowboard as Peter. I really don't understand the negative comments here. Maybe you should just let the specialist, who really has a clue what he's doing, do it ?
