H	Hannes Stemmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind eine Woche gebliebenen, Lage top. Busse vor der Haustür und die u-bahn nur eine Minuten entfernt. Zum Naschmarkt geht man am besten zu Fuß. Sehr empfehlenswert! We stayed for a week, location was great. Buses on the doorstep and the subway just a minute away. The best way to get to the Naschmarkt is on foot. Highly recommended!

Das stilvoll eingerichtete Appartement, liegt super zentral (Cafes, Bars, Shopping-Möglichkeiten, alles ist unmittelbar in der Nähe) hat wirklich alles was das Herz begehrt. Super cool war auch die Parkgarage, die alles, vor allem mit Kind, einfacher macht! Kommen sich wieder! P.S. Nicht unwesentlich ist auch die tolle Betreuung durch den Vermieter vor Ort! Thumps UP, sowas trifft man heutzutage auch nicht mehr oft! TOP! We stayed 4 days and felt very, very comfortable from the start. The stylishly furnished apartment is in a great central location (cafes, bars, shopping opportunities, everything is close by) really has everything your heart desires. The parking garage was also super cool, which makes everything easier, especially with a child! Come again! P.S. The great on-site support from the landlord is also not insignificant! Thumps UP, you don't meet that often these days either! TOP!

Светлая и очень просторная квартира. мы были с мужем в Вене 1 неделю и остались очень довольны. Магазины рядом, известный Нашмаркт, уютные бары и кафе. Посоветовали всем друзьям и знакомым. The apartment is located in a place with good transport links: the green line of the metro (2 metro stops and you are near the Opera) and a bus stop and also a bus stop for a night bus (you don't need to take a taxi even at night). Bright and very spacious apartment. my husband and I were in Vienna for 1 week and were very satisfied. Shops nearby, the famous Naschmarkt, cozy bars and cafes. We advised all friends and acquaintances.

Wir wurden von einem sehr positiven Gastgeber Werner empfangen und sprachen ausführlich über die Sehenswürdigkeiten, Verkehrsmittel, Cafés in der Nähe und über seine Wohnung, in der alles für die Bequemlichkeit der Gäste gedacht ist. Wir wollten uns zum Scherz bei ihm beschweren, dass er keine Zahnstocher in der Küche hatte, aber dafür war auch gesorgt ...! Werner hat die Wohnungen mit Liebe eingerichtet und wir sind ihm sehr dankbar. Wir wünschen ihm viel Glück und gute Gäste! My wife and I chose these apartments for the period from December 3rd to 6th. We were welcomed by a very positive host Werner and talked extensively about the sights, transport, cafes nearby and about his apartment, where everything is meant for the convenience of the guests. We wanted to complain to him jokingly that he had no toothpicks in the kitchen, but that was also taken care of ...! Werner furnished the apartments with love and we are very grateful to him. We wish him the best of luck and good guests!
