W	Wir Kaufen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin seit fast 2 Jahren Kunde und komme alle 14 Tage aber da die letzten 4 mal Haare schneiden einfach zu wünschen übergelassen haben, suche ich mir einen neuen Friseur. Die neuen Friseure sind einfach nur unfreundlich - können nicht scheiden - und es wird nur schnell gearbeitet ohne Nacken rasieren usw. leider wäre gerne länger Stammkunde geblieben I have been a customer for almost 2 years and come every 14 days but since the last 4 times left hair to be desired, I am looking for a new hairdresser. The new hairdressers are just unfriendly - they can not divorce - and they only work quickly without shaving their necks, etc. Unfortunately, it would have been nice to have been a regular customer for longer
S	Susana Dunic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man kann nicht viel von diesem Friseur erwarten, wenn sogar die Chefin voll demotiviert und null Interesse an ihren Kunden zeigt! Eine mit ungepflegten Locken hat mich zum Haare waschen geholt. Bei der Durchführung war mir klar, das es sich um ein Lehrling handelt! Zuvor sage ich ihr noch, das ich keratin in meinen Haaren habe und ich somit ein spezielles Shampoo brauche! Ihre Antwort war ”aso“. Natürlich nahm sie kein spezielles Shampoo!!! Sie hat mich dann zum Platz begleitet und nahm ihre Schere und ihren Kamm raus und die einzige Frage was aus ihrem Mund kam war, ”wieviel soll ich weg schneiden“ Ich war so sauer! Ich fragte sie daher ob sie eine ausgebildeter Friseurin ist!!!! Sie drehte sich zu ihrer Chefin um und laberte etwas auf Türkisch!!!! Ich sagte ihrer Chefin, was das soll? Werde ich nicht gefragt was ich mir wünsche was meine Vorstellungen sind??? Einfach nur wieviel soll ich schneiden???? So unprofessional und stillos!! Ich habe darauf bestanden das meine Haare getrocknet werden und bin gegangen! Und beiden Damen noch gesagt, das sie so unprofessional sind! You can't expect much from this hairdresser if even the boss is completely demotivated and shows zero interest in her customers! One with unkempt curls brought me to wash my hair. During the implementation it was clear to me that it was an apprentice! Before that I tell her that I have keratin in my hair and that I therefore need a special shampoo! Your answer was "aso". Of course she didn't use any special shampoo !!! She then accompanied me to the court and took out her scissors and her comb and the only question was what came out of her mouth, "how much should I cut away" I was so angry! So I asked her if she was a trained hairdresser !! She turned to her boss and talked something in Turkish !!!! I told her boss what is that about? Am I not asked what I want, what my ideas are ??? Just how much should I cut ???? So unprofessional and stylish !! I insisted on drying my hair and left! And told both ladies that they are so unprofessional!

Habe langes Haar und seit ich bei best Diva bin beneiden mich alle um meine schönen Haare. Der ideale Friseur für die ganze Familie Have been a customer for years. Best hairdresser good value for money. I have long hair and since I've been with Best Diva, everyone has envied me for my beautiful hair. The ideal hairdresser for the whole family
C	Corina Roll-Kolm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich würde sagen es sind Corona Verstöße die echt mal kontrolliert werden sollten kein G-Nachweis wurde verlangt sowie keine Maskenpflicht, abgesehen davon würde mich ja interessieren wie bzw nach was die Preise variieren am auf der Preisliste steht 60€ man fragt nach kostet es plötzlich 65€. Unfreundlichwürde ich nicht weiter empfehlen I would say there are corona violations that really should be checked, no G-proof was required and no mask requirement, apart from that I would be interested in how or what the prices vary on the price list is 60 € you suddenly ask for it costs 65 €. I would not recommend unfriendly

Since that guy left this place, his colleagues done my hair 2 times and it was somehow fine.. When i asked for phone number of guy that done my hair all those yrs, the owner just got mad and almost started arguing with me.. Thx but no thx..
