Die Farbe blieb fast doppelt so lange in den Haaren, obwohl ich mehrmals gesagt habe, dass die Kopfhaut schon wehtut. Außerdem recht mürrische Lehrlinge und lange Wartezeiten zwischen den Behandlungen trotz Termin. Die Krönung war dann die schmutzige Bürste mit Haaren von den vorigen Kunden. Es gab auch schon zweimal ziemliche Verfilzungen nach einem Feriencamp bei meiner Tochter, aber mit viel Geduld und Professionalität hilft dort das gesamte Team. Was mir besonders gefällt, wenn der Kundenwunsch das Haar gefährden könnte, wird ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, auch wenn das eigentlich gegen das Geschäft ist. Und genau deswegen, ist man dort eben in guter Hand und sehr gut beraten, und gehen nur noch dorthin. Wirklich zu empfehlen ! Habe sehr feines Haar, was an sich schon eine Herausforderung ist. Verena geht auf die jeweiligen Bedürfnisse ein. Erklärt was machbar ist und was nicht (wurden auch schon Schnitte und Farben bei anderen Friseuren ausprobiert, die bei mir einfach nichts gleichschauen - wsl. in vielen Fällen gut gemeint aber schlecht beraten) Salon ansprechend gestaltet, nettes Ambiente und wenn man Termin hat, keine Wartezeiten. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Salon ist neu renoviert und sowohl mit den Öffis als auch mit dem PKW sehr gut erreichbar.
