I signed up for private English lessons. It costs a lot but it was worth it. Otherwise I would have stayed seated.

I went to the school to inform myself about an English course and the attendant was very coarse saying that the school was very expensive, implying that I could not pay for the classes. She made no effort to speak to me in English, only in German, a language I had already said not to speak
