S	Scott Henry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice Austrian resort that is about a ten minute walk from the centre of the village of Seefeld. The hotel has a great spa and a really good breakfast and dinner service. We booked our package through expedia and the hotel over booked our room type, which is a two room two full bathroom suite, so we ended up in a different room for the first night. We found out after the fact that it was a fault on the hotel end and not expedia. They refused to do anything other than say sorry. I will say they tried to offer us similar room in the basement of the hotel. We did not want to stay in this room because it was not updated and literally had a dog bed next to the main bed and it smelled of dog. So, we said no thanks. The room we ended up in the rest of our stay was the two full bathroom suite. I had issues with the bed as I was getting bit all over my body and ended up not sleeping at all. I made management aware of this via phone. They did very little to help other than having someone look at the bed and say it is fine to sleep in. Not sure what was biting me all over my body. We enjoy Seefeld. The hotel was nice enough. They just need a better understanding of how help their customers.
I	Ingo Sahlmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly staff; clean room and a sensational facility - not too fancy but everything in style and top-quality; incredible breakfast buffet and nice outdoor area(s) to sit, eat and enjoy.... A little bit at the outskirts of Seefeld but they offer free bikes as well and by this the hassle of a pretty busy little city is avoided .... A perfect place all around (also for kids and pets)..... Definitely to be recommended!

Owned by the Kaltschmid family. 4 min free-bus ride to Rosshutte slopes - which are much better than the Gschwandtkof ranges. I had a single occupancy room #426, which was perfect. Warm, very comfortable, great views and enough room to do my pilates in the morning! I loved the restaurant - I would recommend the Half or Full board option as the Breakfast is excellent, the afternoon buffet is lovely (if you can tear yourself away from the slopes to go back for lunch) and the Evening meals are wonderful. Wine is not included in the Full Board but the local Austrian full bodied red is superb and inexpensive. The Hotel has a first class wellness area, equipped with a 10-12 meter pool, whirlpool and nude multi-sauna room. The WiFi wasn't too bad, I streamed Netflix and Youtube most evenings without any buffering. I wished I could have stayed longer!
g	g on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In short this hotel has nice rooms, excellent food and fantastic wellness facilities. Only problem is in winter they do not have there own shuttle bus to the mountain and using the public bus, which is located straight outside the hotel, can be a pain since it is not frequent and tends to be busy.
M	Matt Konieczny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place but the kitchen is extremely rigid. We were told for dinner the only option was a six course gala dinner (expensive). They would not offer any other food. Only option was to walk through the snow into town to find another place. Pretty surprising that hotel staff would tell a very pregnant woman they could not make any snack for her other than a six course meal, and force her to head out at night. Never experienced something like this before
M	Millie Collier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful, Dog Friendly, Really polite and amazing English! I don't think there is anything wrong with this hotel! All the waiters are really nice and friendly. Not too long away from the town. And surrounded by a lovely view of the mountains!
