Ein Danke ist hier nicht genug.
Wer auch immer neue Reifen, eine Reifenreparatur benötigt, Berger Reifenservice kann ich aus tiefstem Herzen 100% empfehlen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundlich ist der Chef ja, aber das wars dann auch. Hat allem Anschein nach keine Lust mehr zu arbeiten. Ruft nicht zurück. Also sehr unzuverlässig. Empfehlenswert sieht definitiv anders aus.
The boss is friendly, but that's about it. Apparently doesn't feel like working anymore. Don't call back. So very unreliable. Recommendable definitely looks different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mir heute vormittag einen Termin mit einem freundlichen Herrn am Telefon vereinbart, spontan am Nachmittag. „Wenn wir den Reifen lagernd haben, können wir den Wechsel auch sofort durchführen“. Der Herr erkannte unsere Dringlichkeit: 2.11 und kurz vorm Urlaub.
Am Nachmittag mussten wir leider Bekanntschaft mit dem Senior Chef machen, der sich an obige Vereinbarung leider nicht halten wollte. Fehlender Kundenfokus verbunden mit NEUEN Terminvorschlag !!10 TAGE!! später.
Keine Weiterempfehlung!!
I made an appointment with a friendly gentleman on the phone this morning, spontaneously in the afternoon. "If we have the tire in stock, we can change it immediately." The Lord recognized our urgency: 2:11 and just before vacation.
In the afternoon we had to make the acquaintance of the senior boss, who unfortunately did not want to adhere to the above agreement. Missing customer focus combined with a NEW appointment proposal !! 10 DAYS !! later.
No recommendation !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Überhaupt keine Sterne wenns möglich wäre! So unfreundlich! Hab den Termin um 11 Uhr mit dem Chef ausgemacht und dann wollte er mir nix machen nur weil ich die Felgen und die Reifen nicht bei ihm gekauft habe! Schade für die freundlichen Mitarbeitern, die er da hat. Nie wieder! Und noch dazu hat er kein Gerät für 20 Zoll Reifen zu montieren ???????
No stars at all if it were possible! So rude! I made the appointment at 11 a.m. with the boss and then he didn't want to do anything to me just because I didn't buy the rims and tires from him! Shame for the friendly staff he has there. Never again! And on top of that he has no device to mount for 20 inch tires ???????
