Bad customer service, extremely unfriendly, incompetent, botch-up, botched things on the car of friends that were not even broken before, I would not even recommend my enemies

Actually 0 stars, customer service an insanity, extremely dirty, wait times with appointment intolerable! Not recommended because there is better and more serious !!

Würde ich niemanden weiterempfehlen, statt mit den Kunden ZU SPRECHEN wird lieber in einer anderen Sprache ÜBER DEN KUNDEN UND DAS AUTO gesprochen, aber mit einen selbst wird nicht geredet! Incredibly bad customer service! Constantly being held back, you will never be called back !! If I would not recommend anyone, instead of talking to the customers it is better to speak ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AND THE CAR in a different language, but you will not talk to one yourself!
