Het welkomstgeschenk was erg attent ? Bergbiberhaus is a wonderful stay in a beautiful region! Well equipped and spaciously furnished with a lovely sauna in the bargain. The welcome gift was very thoughtful

M	Marlies Frank on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wohnung war leider bei Ankunft sehr schmutzig!Reinigungsservice angerufen haben aber auch beim zweiten Mal nur ein paar Krümel beseitigt. Hinter einer Kaffeekanne unserer Gästekarte mussten wir auch herlaufen! Wohnung eigentlich schön aber wer mag schon in Essensresten,Staub, Tabletten unter dem Bett u.auf Stühlen mit Haaren sitzen!Die Terrasse war wohl überhaupt nicht gereinigt,überall Vogeldreck u.die Liegen einfach in die Ecke geschmissen. Der Hausmeister kam nachmittags um 17.00 u.hat vor unserer Nase stundenlang Rasen gemäht bis sich die Feriengäste beschwert haben !! So was geht gar nicht!!!!!Wir als zahlende Gäste sollen die Wohnung pfleglich behandeln( worauf sofort hingewiesen wird ) aber das Reinigungspersonal ist nicht in der Lage ordentlich zu putzen! Direkt nebenan wohnen wohl die Eigentümer selbst ,mit einem ständig kläffendem Hund! Unter erholsamen Urlaub verstehe ich was anderes. Es gibt auch nur ein Restaurant in der Nähe u.das ist grottenschlecht. Man muss also immer fahren.Wer das alles mag ist dort gut aufgehoben!!! Unfortunately, the apartment was very dirty on arrival! Cleaning service called but only removed a few crumbs the second time. We also had to run after a coffee pot on our guest card! Apartment actually nice but who likes to sit in leftover food, dust, tablets under the bed and on chairs with hair! The terrace was probably not cleaned at all, bird droppings everywhere and the loungers just thrown in the corner. The caretaker came in the afternoon at 5 p.m. and mowed the lawn for hours in front of our noses until the holiday guests complained! We as paying guests should treat the apartment with care (which is pointed out immediately) but the cleaning staff is not able to clean properly! The owners themselves live next door, with a constantly yapping dog! By relaxing vacation I mean something else. There is only one restaurant nearby and that is really bad. So you always have to drive. Anyone who likes all of this is in good hands there!
S	Sabine S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren über Weihnachten mit 8 Personen im Bergbieber Haus XL und es war in jeder Hinsicht super. Das Haus ist sehr durchdacht gestaltet, top ausgestattet, modern, aber trotzdem gemütlich. Nach Kaprun ist es nicht weit und man kann im direkten Umfeld auch langlaufen oder spazieren gehen. Das Sahnehäubchen für mich war Sauna, nach dem Ski-Fahren oder Wandern wunderbar. Lieben Gruß aus Norddeutschland We were 8 people in the Bergbieber Haus XL over Christmas and it was great in every way. The house is very well thought out, well equipped, modern, but still cozy. It is not far to Kaprun and you can also go cross-country skiing or walking in the immediate vicinity. The icing on the cake for me was the sauna, wonderful after skiing or hiking. M	Marie Verhauwaert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to come to for a perfect ski vacation. The place is very clean and the rooms are big and beautiful. Kitchen is well equiped. There is also a room provided to hang up your boots where they are heated overnight. It is possible to go skiing in 3 different areas. The skipas covers all these places. One of them is a glacier (only 5 minute drive to the entrance), which is perfect when you plan a trip later on the year: you´ll be able to enjoy the sun but also have good snow. Only 100 meters from the house there is a train stop, which takes you to Zell Am See in minutes. Enough places to discover! After a sportive day you can relax in the sauna. Or even better, you can enjoy a drink or snack outside on the terrace which is oriented in the sun. Long story short: would definitely recommend this place!
