P	Petra Van der Heijden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen augustus zijn wij een kleine twee weken te gast geweest bij Maxi en Markus. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad met onze tweeling van 15 jaar. De sfeer was gemoedelijk, vriendelijk en vooral relaxed. De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn heel behulpzaam. Het appartement schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Genoeg actieve dingen in de nabije buurt te ondernemen. Aanrader. Last August we were guests of Maxi and Markus for just under two weeks. We had a wonderful stay with our 15 year old twins. The atmosphere was friendly, friendly and above all relaxed. The host and hostess are very helpful. The apartment is clean and fully equipped. Enough active things to do in the vicinity. Recommended.

Geen massa maar echte persoonlijke aandacht van de gastheer en gastvrouw, met veel leuke tips voor dingen te doen in de omgeving. Restaurants, bakker en supermarkt op loopafstand. Kaprun 10 minuten met de auto. Piesendorf is een prachtig, zonnig en breed dal waar alle jaargetijden veel te doen is in de omgeving. Skiën op de Kitzsteinhorn, rodelen, wandelen, geocachen en boogschieten, kortom: voor elk wat wils! We hebben een heerlijk ontspannen vakantie gehad, een topper! An absolute must! You immediately feel at home with Markus and Maxi! The apartments are super clean and fully equipped. No crowds but real personal attention from the host and hostess, with lots of great tips for things to do in the area. Restaurants, bakery and supermarket within walking distance. Kaprun 10 minutes by car. Piesendorf is a beautiful, sunny and wide valley where there is much to do in the area in all seasons. Skiing on the Kitzsteinhorn, tobogganing, hiking, geocaching and archery, in short: something for everyone! We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday, a topper!
J	Jonas Schmidt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern und praktisch ausgestattete Ferienwohnung (Abendrot für 4 Personen) in einem alten Bauernhaus mit Familienanschluss. Man hat dort alles was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht (zB auch Backofen und Geschirrspüler). Das WLAN ist super und der Fernseher ist so angeschlossen das Netflix & Chill kein Problem ist. Super nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Markus und Maxi helfen gerne mit umfangreichem Wissen zu möglichen Zielen und Aktivitäten, egal Ob man im Sommer oder Winter dort ist. Für die Kinder steht ein großer Garten zur Verfügung sowie ein Hund, der kuscheln will. Zudem gibt es Hängematten und Liegestühle damit auch die Erwachsenen chillen können. Auf Wunsch gibt es kostenlos frische Milch von den Hofkühen. Es ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen aller Art. Es ist ruhig gelegen, in einem netten, kleinen Dorf und abseits der Touristenmassen und trotzdem braucht man nur 5 Autominuten bis Kaprun und 10 bis Zell am See. Bäcker und Lebensmittelladen sind keine 5 Minuten ( zu Fuß) entfernt, ebenso zum Freibad. Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus und Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder und Skier (Trockenraum). Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub dort. Modern and practically equipped holiday apartment (afterglow for 4 people) in an old farmhouse with family members. There you have everything you need in a holiday apartment (e.g. oven and dishwasher). The WiFi is great and the TV is connected so that Netflix & Chill is no problem. Super nice and helpful hosts. Markus and Maxi are happy to help with extensive knowledge of possible goals and activities, regardless of whether you are there in summer or winter. There is a large garden available for the children and a dog who wants to cuddle. There are also hammocks and deck chairs so that the adults can chill out too. On request, there is free fresh milk from the farm cows. It is a great starting point for all kinds of activities. It is in a quiet location, in a nice, small village and away from the tourist crowds and yet it only takes 5 minutes by car to Kaprun and 10 to Zell am See. The bakery and grocery store are less than 5 minutes (on foot) away, as is the outdoor swimming pool. Parking spaces are right by the house and there is storage space for bicycles and skis (drying room). We had a great vacation there.
H	Holger Meyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfekte Unterkunft für unseren Weihnachtsurlaub mit der Familie. Wir hatten das Appartment Abendrot. Sehr modern und richtig gemütlich. Außerdem viel Platz für Skiklamotten. Maxi und Markus waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab morgens frische Milch. Außerdem Brötchen vom Lieferdienst der Bäckerei Schandlbauer. Sehr zu empfehlen. Im "Skikeller" gibt es pro Appartment reservierte Plätze für die Skischuhe. Maiskogel oder Schmitten sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Parken auf dem Hof ist nie ein Problem und der Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge atemberaubend. Hier verbringen wir gerne wieder unseren Skiurlaub. Danke für die tolle Zeit. Perfect accommodation for our family Christmas holiday. We had the apartment Abendrot. Very modern and really comfortable. Also plenty of space for ski gear. Maxi and Markus were very friendly and helpful. There was fresh milk in the morning. Also rolls from the delivery service of the Schandlbauer bakery. We recommend. In the "ski cellar" there are reserved spaces for ski boots in each apartment. Maiskogel or Schmitten can be reached quickly by car. Parking in the yard is never a problem and the view of the mountains from the balcony is stunning. We would love to spend our skiing holiday here again. Thank you for the great time.

This place is in perfect position surrounded by a lot of ski resorts se we were every day on different slopes. Thank you Markus, we will be back :-)

Various fruit trees in the garden, with some vegetables, and cows too; it had been very nice to sit at the terrace in the evening. The hosts (Markus and Maxi) are very friendly, helpful and informative, we got advice from Markus about where to trek. It is a nice place for summer and for winter skiing. Apartment M&M is with heated shoes rack to dry your shoes during winter which is great!
