Eine Werkstäte wo man den Meister noch zu Gesicht bekommt, kein Glaspalast mit Apothekerpreisen wie meine vorige Vertragswerkstatt Searched and found workshops on the internet. Ich hatte einenTermin telefeonisch vereinbart. Für Reifenwechsel, Ölwechsel und Pickerl. Kein Problem, wir haben alles lagernd, so die Antwort. Dort angekommen, sagte ich dem Herren, dass ich einen Termin für heute 8.00 Uhr habe, mit oben genannten Dingen zu erledigen. Schlecht gelaunt und äußerst unhöflich, sagte er: Mit so Reifen könne man nicht zum Pickerl fahren. Darum sollten die ja auch getauscht werden, sagte ich. Es war die Rede von Pickerl und sonst nix, erwiderte er genervt. Er hat solche Reifen nicht lagernd und die Maschine sei sowieso defekt. Obwohl mir ja die Dame am Telefon sagte, dass sie alles lagernd hat und alles kein Problem sei! Nach langer Diskussion sagte ich dann, was für eine unkoordinierte, unfähige Werkstatt sie seien und ich extra von der Arbeit weg bin um mein Fahrzeug hier abzustellen. Darauf schmiss er mich sehr, sehr unhöflich raus! Terrifying! Unprofessional and very rude! (by phone and in person) Apparently not keen on customers or making money.
