Super Arzt. Er war der erste der mir endlich helfen konnte. Sehr empathisch, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Große Weiteremepfehlung für diesen Orthopäden und Unfallchirurgen.

REINE ABZOCKE!!! Sie suchen einen Arzt,ohne Empathie,inkompetent,unzuverlässlich,der NUR auf ihr Geld aus ist??...Willkommen bei Hrn. Widhalm!! WIDHALM wurde von mir beauftragt ein Gutachten nach einem Unfall zu erstellen-DAS WAR VOR 18!!!! MONATEN !! Trotz unzähliger Nachfragen und Aufforderungen dieses endlich fertigzustellen...ES KAM NICHTS!! Da mittlerweile die gerichtliche Frist zur Einbringung abgelaufen ist,hab ich Widhalm im Juni 2020 darüber schriftlich informiert und bin natürlich von unserer Vereinbarung zurückgetreten! Seine Reaktion kam jetzt...2 Monate später...eine Zahlungsaufforderung über 1900 € !!!! ...für seine Zitat "bis dato getätigten Arbeiten" !! Ein Skandal,eine absolute Frechheit und ABZOCKE die ihresgleichen sucht!! DIESE CAUSA GEHT NATÜRLICH VOR GERICHT UND WIRD AN DIE ÄRZTEKAMMER WEITERGELEITET!!...

Einfach Top, sehr freundlich, kompetent und immer sehr bemüht.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Leistung von Prof. OA. Widhalm. Ich ging auf Empfehlung zu ihm und kann ihn zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Fachlich als auch menschlich einfach TOP. Ich hatte einen kreuzbandriss und jetzt gehe ich wieder wie vorher und bin schmerzfrei. Danke Doc!!

Eine sehr positive und Kompetente Beratung. Auf Fragen geht Hr. Dr.Widhalm genau ein und nimmt sich die Zeit für seine Patienten! Hatte vor 1,5 Monaten eine Knie -Op und bin sehr zufrieden ! Sehr netter Arzt, schnelle Terminvergabe, kompetent und einfühlsam; Er hat mir durch seine präzise Diagnose und Darlegung aller Optionen und anschließend rascher Organisation der notwendigen OP perfekt geholfen um wieder positiv in meine sportliche Zukunft zu blicken.

I had my first appointment in September to visit my left knee, which was to be operated on. The first visit was 150 euros with the agreement that we would be in touch for a date for the ersurgery. He wrote to me that the surgery would be at the rudolfinerhaus and that we would meet on 10 December at 18.00 for the surgery. On 27 November the physiotherapist asked me for more information about the type of surgery. He said that in this case, I would need another appointment on 2.12.2020. It should be noted that if I had not called, this examination would not have been scheduled. During the visit, the doctor does not bring the CD with the knee x-ray and performs the same small knee check as in September. Dr Widhalm tells me to call the hospital because the COVID test must be organised and for a deposit on the total cost. Only on Monday did I find someone from the hospital who sent me the total cost of the surgery (14900 euro), the next day was a national holiday, I could not make the transfer from the Italian account to the hospital account in time, and only the deposit was not enough. Dr Widhalm had a lot of time to perhaps point out to me beforehand that I needed to hear from the hospital and not after a call from me and a week before the surgery. What is the point of going private if I have to call the hospital for the final cost when I am already going to a doctor who is supposed to take care of it with his secretary? In September, the doctor talked about his fee of 3000 3500 euro (which became 4000 euro in the invoice sent by the hospital) and without mentioning any extra costs. Doctor Harald's excuse was that I am not insured in Austria. Still, if you are a doctor, you will also take care of your patients and make sure they get all the care and information they need, even more so if you don't speak excellent German. Moral of the story the doctor sends me to pay the 200 euros of the last visit. He said the information in half (about the deposit), did the same thing as in September (2minutes visit) and forgot the MRI. And above all, if it hadn't been for my call, no one would have informed me of anything until the day of the surgery where I was told no, this and this is missing. What's the point of going private if I'm not followed up as a customer? Further detail: I went to another private doctor on 12.01.2021, and I will be operated on 12.02.2021, the day after the visit I received two calls from the doctor ----- making sure that I have all the requirements in terms of health and insurance etc., once he ascertained that I did not have Austrian insurance he sent me by email the total cost to be paid to the hospital (even though he does not work in this clinic), the secretary called me for further clarification. This is a service.
