Nachdem wir fristgerecht storniert haben , wird die Anzahlung einbehalten. Einen Gutschein bekommt man lediglich. Auf Emails wird da nicht reagiert. Just try to get in touch. Absprachen wurden nicht eingehalten, auf Nachfragen wurde bis heute nicht geantwortet und unsere abgeschlossene Buchung wurde gegen unseren Willen storniert, da sie die Ferienwohnung doppelt vergeben haben. Do not book through this provider! We just had stress. Agreements were not kept, inquiries have not been answered to this day and our completed booking was canceled against our will, as they have given the apartment twice.

Wir werden nicht mehr bei Bellvilla und sämtlichen Partnern buchen und ebenso keine Weiterempfehlung geben. We rented a vacation home.
